Pa Awolowo grin ......I know Yorubas who have used more disgusting to describe the Man.....Yes...The massive education he championed in the South West is a priceless legacy....But truth be said, if he had aligned with the Biafrans, whatever countries that would have resulted of such an alignment would have been virtually free of the wanton terrorism we see today....and we both know that it's when people are sure of the safety of their lives and property that they can start taking effective steps to better their lives smiley

I don't how humans will be so ashamed and afraid to identify with their own tribe. mention the yorubas you claim have used worse terms to describe Awolowo if you're not an omo ale

.....and yet a price tag of $10.3bn gas already been put on assets that are still being "traced". Biko, when will they complete the tracing process?

Besides, they do not have to complete any phantom tracing before applying for her extradition since they've already established cases of financial crimes against her in Nigeria.

She's currently in the UK. What do you think is keeping her there? Pleasure seeking?

Diezani is a thieving oaf who represents some of the worst of the Nigerian political class but these newspaper articles in Nigeria are often aimed at the gullible.

You're very correct which is why my entire presence on this thread has been about cautioning against hasty conclusions. Like I said to one poster; nobody gas a power over how newspapers structure their reports. Its all about sales and traffic to them. What a sensible adult does is to read and sieve.

But 'LORDOFAFONJAS' post is very true. This is not a matter of hate or sentiment. Ambode has done in one year what Fashola could not do in 8 years. Even a blind man in Lagos state can see it.

Let them keep recycling and regurgitating stories to Keep the sheeple in line.

Is there any law in the land that says a newspaper can't milk a report for gain? Do you think news hounds should be banned from reporting news you hate to hear?

Which part of Magu's trip to the US in respect of the effecting of the mareva injunction on Diezani's assets have you read from the EFCC itself before?

Chei!! cheesy cheesy

So after reading the body of the report like you claim, you still can't see that the commencement of a genuine and legal process is what the report tries to show irrespective of the enticing headline?

Can you point to anywhere the EFCC or Magu tries to portray a false picture in the quotes attributed to them?

Bros you do not collaborate with US government.Eveb the US government can't seize anyone's property without a valid court order

See this part below

“In fact, the EFCC chairman, Mr. Ibrahim Magu, spent about one and a half weeks in the US to work with the relevant agencies to trace Diezani’s properties,”

What makes you think that statement precludes the US judiciary?

They're in the tracing stage for now. When they find, they of course would apply to effect the mareva injunction from the Nigerian court

Anyone that believes this tales by moonlight will believe anything. EFCC can not just go to United States and seize anybody's property! Even the United States Government can not just seize any property without a court injunction. This is nothing but Beer Parlour talk. How many properties in Nigeria has EFCC seized? Liars!

Don't you guys have the capacity to read, comprehend and understand? Did you not see the below in the report? What is in the report that make you guys think EFCC said they'll just enter the US and seize properties without the American justice system involved? angry

A top EFCC source, who spoke in confidence, said: “We have located some assets allegedly owned by Diezani and some of her business associates in the United States. We are already collaborating with the US Government to attach these assets. “In fact, the EFCC chairman, Mr. Ibrahim Magu, spent about one and a half weeks in the US to work with the relevant agencies to trace Diezani’s properties, some of which are believed to have been secured through business fronts like Kola Aluko. “We have submitted relevant documents to the US authorities in order to facilitate the seizure of the assets.”

Why are we yoruba muslims and hausa/fulanis emphasing the 'Igbo' part of that Aisha wakil story. She renounced her Igbo name and followed a borno billionaire instead of focusing on her studies in Maiduguri. This made her Igbo family to disown her. She was Igbo, she is now hausa/fulani boko haram, the first step to being a boko member is to renounce common sense, denounce your ethnicity and become muslim.

Welcome to the zoological republic. In good countries, prisoners are paid while serving their prison sentence, but here, they are shot dead for asking for just food.

You hypocrites should stop all these idealistic nonsense. Are the prisoners being paid for coming to prison? How many countries on earth actually pay prisoners for whatever? when did the rot in the Nigerian prison service start?

This case is highly unfortunate because i'm sure some innocent awaiting trial candidates would be there.
