Hello, please I need help with my car,

My car was flooded last year and it affected my gear. I took it to a gear specialist and it was fixed and started working.

Last month I noticed that when I am increasing my speed from 40 to 60, my car does not respond immediately. It drags or jerks.

I took it back to my mechanic and I was told there was issues switching from gear 2 to gear 3 and that it skips gear 3 and goes to gear 4.

What could be the cause of this and what next steps should I take.

Tmi means Top Management Interview
It's an interview where you speak with one of the HRs one on one usually via video conferencing

I was suppose to do interview that day cos did test and passed but cos I was not with my original birth cert so they told me to get the original and write to them for reschedule but I've done psychometric and online video interview and have written them cos I've gotten the originals but haven't had from them.

I Went For My Test At Uba House Marina On 3rd Of August And I Did The CBT And Passed, Then Waited To Also Do Interview That Same Day. That Night We Were Sent Mails To Go And Do Psychometric Test And Video Interview, And We Are Still Waiting To Hear From Them. From What I Read Up, Not Every Body Did The Psychometric And Video And They Are Already In Banking School Or After The Psychometric And Video Interview Are We Still Going For Another Interview

yes, the aptitude test was done on the 27th of January while the panel interview was on the 3rd of february in Lagos. I don't know if it has been done in other centre like portharcourt, abuja, benin, kaduna. Those are the four other locations i know of, if you are closer to one of those you might need to confirm with people in your vicinity.
