Maybe the Academics will be shortlisted for the interview straight like some university do.

But this lagos is a good offer but the issue is that the current state of the country if a pharmacist pay 3m for a job how long will it take him to recover the money back when he is being paid 250k monthly. Let's say he manage to save 100k a month, it will take him 3 years to recover the money back.
1 of our senior colleague even resigned from NAUTH after 6 year to join orange pharmaceutical industry. recently the government job isn't really as juicy as it used to be apart from the job security. Even in community pharmacy you can earn up to ×2 of what you earn in this federal hospital if you know your way.
