I stay in a standard 2 bedroom, although not pop, it's PVC and total package I paid was 370k but yearly rent is 300k. I always believe in the concept of value for money. I prefer to give out money for free than pay for something that's not worth the value.

Yeah I heard some place are cheaper that you can even get a 2 bedroom flat for that amount.
I live close to the teaching hospital, I was in a hurry because I have over 100k plus on hotels since it was my ist time here and i dont know anyone.
I guess the agent pulled a fast one on me, the house is small it is neat with pop but definitely not worth that amount. I heat that you can't get house without agent in ife self.

Ile ife 450k self-contained I am surprised why it is that expensive, apart from the university the city looks too ancient to be that expensive.

In the NMDPRA Boss' response to Dangote, he stated his annual salary is 48m. If we go by this figure his monthly take home is around 4m. Imagine a CEO earning 4m monthly when a mid level executive in a proper Oil and gas company is earning almost X2 of this figure.

And you believe that dude is earning nothing less than 30m monthly, that is one of the most lucrative place to work.
