no it’s not, it’s been happening like that with every new update, and sometimes it takes time to show.

i don’t understand? I received an update notification this morning, but opened the aliexpress app to check and i didn’t see any new updates apart from yesterday evening update . What does that mean?

Welcome to the wait! It’s always very swift for it to reach Airport but will be stuck there for God knows when - sometimes till the buy protection ends and you have to settle for Refund!

If possible go to your nearest PO and try padi one of them for there to be on the lookout for your item - you just might be lucky 😀

They don’t disappear yes, it’s with NIPOST 90% of the time they just don’t see it as their responsibility to deliver it promptly

as e don enter naija now. Na customs and nipost remains, actually quite fast too? will the information still be updated on this website?

This isn't exactly accurate. It is true that NIPOST can't specifically track small mails, and the vast majority of items that is couriered by AliExpress through NIPOST are under the "small item" label.

This however is the case because NIPOST isn't responsible for the shipment of said items from source and are therefore unable to track them until they receive and scan them into their system. So until items brought into Nigeria by Malaysia post, Singapore Post, Netherland Post etc are handed over to NIPOST, they are unable to tell you the status of your parcel until they personally receive it.

I personally experienced this too, when my parcel arrived Nigeria, I reached out to NIPOST and they told me they couldn't track it cause it's a small mail etc, but the thing really is they were yet to receive it. Once I got notification that the item was now with Local courier, I sent another mail to nipost and this time they could tell me exactly where my item was. I could also see from the tracker how it moved from one office to another.

I ordered for phones and tablets. I used Uba MasterCard discounts for all my purchases, but the items never arrived since November 2025. I have even been to the airport Nipost but they said they couldn't track the package stating that they are not registered meaning that items that comes with LP usually comes in bags full of letters so they are not trackable and can easily get missing or stolen. Hence the reason why a lot of packages with LP, LX,LT and so on have such issues

so if my package LP….MY land in Nigeria. Means I can’t track on nipost?

That tracking was Sing Post I believe - most people got their items handled by them same goes for PostNL too

Expect it to be at Airport 2-3 days after departed from global transit center.

It’s a 12.7” Xiaoxin Tablet - from Goldway store - that I ordered.

This is my opinion is the best way to navigate AliExpress. Use a dollar card for your transaction. When I ordered my tablet in September, I used a Zenith dollar card. When my parcel got stuck for over a month at the linehaul office and was pasy the protection date, I requested for a refund and got it in a few days without issues. 90% of the issues with refund are usually from naira cards.

I think it's also worth mentioning that your item though stuck will almost always get to you eventually. After I got my refund, the item that was stuck without update for almost 2 months finally moved. Received said item a week later and had to reach out to the seller to let him know si we could reach a resolution on payment. So even if you have to cancel, still keep tracking your item, and should you get it reach out to the seller to reach a resolution on payment.

it’s always better to use a usd card, refund won’t be a problem. When first ordered my tab im waiting for and saw the CNG tracking no, was confused so told seller to cancel, and aliexpress took 2 days to do their judgement thing, the refund was processed on a Saturday, i got my refund that same Saturday .

How I wish I get such hope, I’m jejely waiting for my order to remain 15 days to the end of buyer protection so I can jejely get a refund and as it is, due to exchange rate I’m already at 50k loss only God knows what it’ll be when I eventually get refunded.

Before buyer protection ends the refund button will show - I think from when the buyer protection remains 15days.

You wey just dey start, mine will be 3 weeks e reach airport by Friday, I mailed NIPOST, dem say it’s not in their system yet even when I gave them all evidence it’s at the airport.

So, it seems I’m not getting it my item anytime soon (if I get it)

bad luck, if only speedaf was used, i usually don’t check speedaf orders like this coz i know i will always receive their text in 2 weeks after order. I thought aliexpress dumped nipost

Mine was a different story. The display had a line in it, so I opened a dispute and was refunded immediately. I then ordered an OEM display, which cost three times as much as the first OLED screen I bought. Now I’m stuck with an OLED screen with line and every other thing works, and a brand-new OEM one that I’m currently using.

It was after I ordered I read this thread from last year January till date - there are lots of informations here to digest about NIPOST and their crazy Saga. If I had not made my order before reading here, I won’t have made the order at all.

. I wish i read too, basically items from Hong Kong are usually Nipost while mainland is Speedaf.

If someone is not patient, aliexpress would teach them how to be, and the tab is on temu, but i wanted the pro GT version, coz it more powerful

I just hope i get mine, coz i haven’t seen any successful delivery about Malaysia Post

Sellers don’t usually have a choice of shipping items, it handled by AliExpress unless you have someone in China or Hong Kong the seller can ship to, there’s pretty much nothing the seller can do.

I ordered for a smartphone display. It arrived quite fast, but the display turned out to be defective. If you connect it to the board, it comes on. But once you try to put the display in it's position, it won't come on again until you bring it back out. Funny enough, it the screen is on while you are putting it, it won't go off. But once it turns off, it will not turn on until you separate the screen from the frame. This basically means that the flex cable has issues that only appears when the cable is flexed enough.
I immediately opened a dispute and made a video of the issue as much as possible and uploaded as evidence. I also sent the video to the seller.
Oga seller tried to buy time and said I should take it to a technician. Ah! I told him I am a technician.
AliExpress offered a refund of 20% of the price. I refused.
Seller then contacted me and said I should make a video showing the screen in details and then I should destroy the screen in the video. This is to make sure I'm not trying to get full refund when the screen is still usable. If he sees the video, he will approve full refund for me.
I agreed and destroyed the screen in the video since it is basically useless.
After seeing the video, oga then said, "now close the dispute so I can approve your full refund".
Ah! Close dispute? I then asked him how I will get the full refund if I close the dispute. Dude stopped responding.
In case you don't know, dispute is the ONLY way you can get your money back from AliExpress. Any other promises from any seller na scam.
As oga refused to respond naah, I took a screenshot of where he said I should destroy the screen and added it to my dispute as evidence. I also uploaded the video of me destroying the video to the dispute.
2 days later, AliExpress gave me full refund without return.

The biggest mistake you can make on AliExpress is to listen to a seller and close your dispute. If you do that, your money is gone. Any promises he is making should be offered in the dispute or implementated fully before you close the dispute.
Don't fall for Chinese people mischief.

I have an order on temu and another on AliExpress. AliExpress is by AESS but both orders have been stuck at the airport for 4days now.

my recent temu order was stuck on export custom clearance success for quite some time too, but later moved its now in the country going through customs, for aliexpress own tho, idk yet, but both are expensive and are priority for me.
