It seems there's some type of issue with ordering phones or tablets these days. I ordered a phone in January and after a couple months it got stuck until I applied for a refund. They couldn't process my money back to my card after several weeks and they offered to give me the amount in coupon. I tried to order from another seller and I got a message by the m that they have been having issues with local customs and so can't proceed with the order.

Had some business around the Post office yesterday, so I decided to branch and check on my guys there.(as I sometimes do)
Upon entering the office, one of them was already holding out an item slip(must have seen me coming from the distance through the window).
I was at first surprised and confused(because I only have 2 active orders, with "custom clearance started" update since early April, which had not changed), so I asked to check the slip, but couldn't recognize the tracking number.
Had initially thought it was my Nothing buds 2a. Only when the attendant brought out the item to the counter that I figured out it was my tablet with December 13 “Arrived at local airport“ update.
I quickly checked AliExpress but there was no update. It was when I checked postal Ninja that I saw the update on April 21.
(I had stopped checking the tracking update on postal Ninja after it stated tracking stopped.
I had given up on the item being delivered, and wasn't monitoring the situation as I had gotten the tab elsewhere.)

I was not notified, I guess they felt I'm always aware of my item arrival.

As it stands, I have received 11 out of my 12 order from December. Only the Nothing buds 2a left.

Hello everyone. Aliexpress process my refund very early today. But has no ARN number.

The last refund i collected was on feb 7 on a Saturday and i was credited in like 5 hours to my virtual $ card. It has ARN number.

But the case with this is different, no ARN visible where it’s meant to be

It's 10 out 12 now.

I put the tracking num on Gemini. It only brought up link to track it on nipost, and parcel app

i am skeptical too, bur i’ve been having a long conversation with gemini and somehow tiday it gave me this, i always ask everyday well most days “ will it clear today”

it’s newly launched. Somehow Gemini was able to access their internal data, just give the tracking no. I wasn’t able to access their internal data site publicly yet or maybe I don’t know how

I just refreshed now, and my stats has been updated to assessment Verification Complete.
I guess aliexpress tracking might update soon later today or early tomorrow, whichever im relieved.

2 weeks is still a lot tho, mine got cleared about a week to when I’ll be eligible for refund. So keep your hopes high, they can still have it delivered.

Anyone that recently received their Malaysia post package from nipost, how long did it take from the time it got to nigeria. Mine has been stuck here since, and post office here says it's not with them as at Monday.

currently here, and completely lose hope this would clear, just patiently waiting to file a refund in 16 days

I’ve picked up my order.

Price of my item was declared way lower about 20% of the actual cost, I don’t want to talk the price make e no be say dem Agent dey here (even if dem declare the actual price I should still be duty free) and the actual model was not written on my item - they just wrote tablet device and its weight - they delayed me a bit cos the women on the counter feared there might be duty on it, I didn't say anything I just allowed them do their thing and eventually all I paid was 500 Naira.

given the time i took yours to clear, i should hope to see good news between now and next week friday. btw care to share pictures?

I’m honestly shook, bro. How did he even find time to drop a 3-star review when he hasn’t even tested the thing yet? It makes zero sense. I keep seeing reviews like this from Nigerians - stuff like “It arrived late,” “It arrived fast,” or “Don’t use NIPOST next time.” None of that has anything to do with the actual product! So now, people like me who actually want to know if the item’s worth buying are left guessing. It’s kinda sad - like, five of my countrymen left full-on blank reviews and I still have no clue if this thing even works.

If ppl don’t actually comment on the shipping/delivery part, some other group of unlucky ppl would just go in and order and wait probably 3 months, the last time i used aliexpress to order was sep 25 and it was speedaf, someone like me who got speedaf last year sep and ordered again this year feb, if i know this would be nipost, i wouldn’t have ordered. Or maybe, coz it was actually the crazy dirt cheap price that made me ordered, lol

All im saying is, ppl gotta leave review on the shipping aspect too

🥲🥲 i learnt there was a fire on feb 23 in the server room, maybe mine was affected, but what i don’t understand is someone else that our item landed together, cleared 5 days later.

I remember saying i got a transit update on feb 21, 22 mornings, and most of u here said it was just a reminder, i know it wasn’t.

I do get aliexpress offers and promotions msgs but this one different, it led me straight to the tracking page, and after those 2 days, i never got any of the same notification again
