Pls those we learned were invited for interview for facility engineer role should tell us their experience how many and type of questions were asked, how many number of applicants were invited and if there was transport and accommodations money given at the end of interview

It's actually a pointer that you passed the dragnet test, but it doesn't guarantee progression because after review you might still not meet up with what ExxonMobil actually wanted. The take home message is that once your status change to under review that means you passed the aptitude test, but doesn't guarantee progression. If your status doesn't change it simply means that you didn't pass the aptitude test, hence your application won't be reviewed.

This is misleading o. 2024, I applied for Materials and Management Analyst role with ExxonMobil. I took the test in Lagos. Few days after taking the test, my profile changed to Under review. Infact, many of us had our profiles either "under review" or "Application in progress" but we still received love letter weeks later. What I'm saying in essence is that those things don't matter much.

My dashboard with Chevron is still showing "Application in Progress" for a role which was handled by Dragnet too. Recruitment has been completed and my dashboard is still showing "Application in progress".

Everyone i know from other roles that got similar pattern of change from "application received" on 31st August/ 1 September to "application under review ", got the mail for the next stage. However, i did not get the mail.
