Both of you are correct from the perspective you are looking at it. The question is not complete because as we do not know ratio of the sizes of the jug above.

The jug for cup 2 is smaller but at higher altitude, while the jug for cup 4 is bigger and wider but at a lower altitude. We need to have the diffent heights and the sizes to determine this.

Great minds everywhere ..I love this

Just by saying you don't understand him well means you're an arts student. But I think 2 will get filled up first.

lol..I'm not

ClassicMan202:
Wrong.. Actually it depends on the flow rate of the liquid from the bottle, if it flows slowly then the bottom small cup must be filled before reaching the top, but if it flows fast and overwhelms the small connection between the small cups then it will now retain at the top cup there by filling cup number 2. Hope you understand sha

I don't o

Believer013:
I don't agree with this solution.

Glass 4 will fill first.

Reason, the conduit going to it is at the lowest, hence more pressure at that point to drive the fluid to glass 4.

i don't seem to understand you well
but from my own humble opinion, the cup before entering cup 2 is small, whereas the other is larger. So looking at it critically you'll see it's 2 that will be filled first.

I am open to ideas

I have a sister that wrote the scholarship exam to study abroad. She met their cut off and she was told to come to Enugu. She has even paid the flight ticket around June this year. Since then, she hasn't heard any information from them. Who has similar experience cos they were told they will be leaving by September ,still nothing

this is bad ..I think she was scammed

ucee1212:
Please beware of a scam scholarship scheme called(International Vocational Center) IVC. They have been going around conducting exams for secondary, University and masters purpoted scholarship and will ask you to pay after the exams. And will never give u a dime.

Please I need my fellow scholars insight on applying for this year’s Agbami scholarship.
We all know the scholarship is intended for 200 level student.Normally, without the impediment caused by the ongoing ASUU strike I should be in my 200 level first semester but due the the strike I’m still in 100 level and I only have my first semester results sorted.
Do you think it’s wise for me to still apply or should I just wait till next year.
Your input will be highly appreciated.

PS;I’m a medical student in a state university and this scholarship will go a long way in financing my Education
