Refunding money has become a problem for Tugrow. After telling me that my goods cannot be found, am asked to wait till February 15 before I get a refund cause they are on break, a break that is suppose to commence on the 5th

I have the same problem, I ordered since November 2018, I asked for a refund after I was told that my goods cannot be found yesterday, now they said I have to wait till February 15th to get my refund cause they are on break. A break which is suppose to start on the 5th.... Imagine

That's unfortunate. So disheartening to hear. As for me, after all my enquiries I went ahead with Ammc instead and everything went well. Almost done selling the goods I bought. I hope your issue gets resolved soonest.
