3 weeks back, zenith bank atm was only paying 4000 naira per time in 200 naira notes. And out of 8 atms only one was paying so you can imagine the queue. The line was not moving for over 40 minutes. Even though I'm a picky eater, but if you fill the fridge with the kind of food that I like, I will clear your entire fridge, but still remain the same size... ... I don't even have any belly fat... The same way I know some people who are extremely fat, but don't eat much.

Personally i have the tendency to get very FAT due to hereditary but i'm fighting hard not to and i can tell you it's a very painful process.

ATM, I eat only twice a day, sometimes once followed by Intermittent Fasting. I exercise once in a while as well. The more reason i'm doing this is because i'm not too Active>> Exercising, Gyming at the moment. But once i'm back to being Fully Active again. I will maintain eating twice daily and stop the frequent Intermittent Fasting because i know i will burn out the Calories easily.
