That point is where he realizes he is getting finished mentally and physically, then he will advise himself by himself.

Somehow, he will know ppl are avoiding him, good opportunities are avoiding him. Then he will decide to stop. Untill he decides to stop, no amount of advise or family meeting can help.

Now the next step is to cut off all the source and dealers. It is difficult but he should try.
