Please do I need to contact a potential supervisor for PhD research, or just get straight to the form?

U r right bro. I heard one ptdf staff saying that this week is entirely for MSc as next week is for PhD. So PhD scholars chill well before the battle starts.

This is not true. My friend PhD did his on 29th with so many PhD applicants, I did mine with so many PhD s on 2nd,my other friends on 3rd
