Na this kind case appeal go make sense with this evidence attached...Some VOs can smoke igbo on some pple' file oo

My advice will be for u to first file a Case specific enquiry. Attach ur proof contrary to what was stated on the gcms file.Write about ur dissatisfaction about the application and how you were unduly treated with wrong info...

Wait for response,and start gathering ur lawyer for appeal..

its official. these VO's can be incompetent @ times. is it possible to cancel an application and reapply using another route?

After my application exceeded 8 weeks today. They sent me back an automated message that they will only respond if my app is beyond the normal processing time.

I also found out that they instructed not to mail them if ur app hasn't exceeded the normal processing time. By tomorrow, I would file a Case Specific Enquiry..Dem neva see chum chin

A lot of us are in our 7th week. Dont be downcast.........surround yourself with positive energy. Its all in God's hand.

jehovah is in control. i strongly believe the canada day holiday is the cause of delay in online processing. theres a probability VOs took the whole week off. it is well.
