Go to the infamous force headquarters lion building on Campbell street Lagos Island. You will find police officers smoking hemp and drinking beer with their rifles kept closer to them in front of the Campbell hotel.

If u doubt it, just take a stroll past the lion building tomorrow afternoon and confirm for yourself.
