At least we just have to either match or better the 2 goals scored by Divino against Sparky's team (Why wasn't i surprised that Hughes would lose at his old stomping ground Typical Scum solidarity ).

We need to score early to force Reading to come out to play, we shouldn't let them control the pace, as much as possible, we should try and force the issue. If we score in the 1st 15 mins, then i see us, getting like 4 goals, but the longer it gets to get a goal, then i only see us scoring 1 goal in the match (which will not be good enough ).

We need to be far more clinical, and take every chance that comes our way (Even if we get a 7- nil thriller again, i won't be mad at the boys ).

Like i said, comparisms are a waste of time, as usually awards are given based on different factors (usually factors that no one gets).

Leaving club loyalty aside, Ronaldo is a brilliant player, but as usual, his brilliance is sometimes over hyped. Right now among the cream of young players, Ronnie is high up there with the likes of Messi, but we both know that, that still doesn't guarrantee you accolades from soccer bodies (thats why i mentioned the kaka stuff to you, in stating that Ronnie outshone Kaka generally last season, but FIFA Award might still go to Kaka, and history will remember the best player as Kaka).

Thats why i also said that, Ronnie can do much this season, but if luck and providence are on Fab4's side, and Arsenal win either the Prem or UCL, he will get all the accolades despite/regardless of what other players do.

Basically time willtell how a player is percieved, arguements are still abound as to who was a greater football player, Maradona or Pele (even if they didn't really play the same position). So if Cesc pips Ronnie to the local footie awards this season, history will only remember that.

The talk of consistency is on both players and what they win in their lifetime, thats why Cesc was agreeing with fergie's assertions that Trophies (Individual and team wise) determine how a player will eventually be classed.

The season is still too young to determine who will end up being more effective in their teams performances.

You feel Ronnie will retain the PFA (rightly so), but you shouldn't down Gunners for feeling Cesc will pip him to it. At the end of the day, we will all see who gets what.

I mentioned players in the Under 17 cause they are hopefully going to be the stars of the future English squad. Players like Tony Kroos, Bojan and Fran Merida who played in the same comp are hopefully going to be the stars of their countries as well, so whats the noise about.

THE GAME WAS A STINKER!! But we must take whatever positives we can from the game.

1. This was a trial for the boys ahead of our Carling Cup game with the Rovers, it was a good run out and keeps the players fresh.

Wenger can use the opportunity to see what went wrong and how he can improve things before our game with Blackburn (As those players will form the core of the ones to face the Rovers).

2. We have to take things in a correct perspective, we played badly, of that there is no doubt, but we got the job done (In qualification), only thing left is to wrap up leading the group, as that has some benefits we need (In terms of pairings in the next round and playing the second leg at Home, i think )

Thank God our game with Reading is on Monday, so players can get a good layoff. Thank God also that Reading love to play, so that game should suit our style.

Listen, Wenger is no saint, far from it, but the idea that you all single him out for personal reasons is just dumb. Sir Alex Fergie made a comment, and Arsene was just responding (To jk that feels that Wenger just woke up to speak).

One is not surprised by Fergie's comments, as he has lost the focus of his mind games, Maureen and is now renewing the Rivalry he enjoyed with his chum of old Arsene, and Wenger is just letting him know, he is back to renew old ties.

(Most people didn't care very much for maureen, does that change stuff about him ) So whats all the fuss about.

P.S. Have you heard anything about Wu Tang's 8 Diagram, over in England, can't get any info here on when the album is coming out (Don't really believe their website on release date, they all say the same thing).
