Not overweight but bmi. My bmi was somewhere more than 28 but less than 29 but my weight was 81kg or so, and I scaled through.
Bmi is calculated with weight and height.

When you have high heart beat, it dosen't mean you have hbp, infact pulse rate is different from hbp cos I for one know how high my heart was pounding when i was being checked for bp but my bp was still low infact 120/80, I was shocked i wasn't flagged. So we should have all those in mind. ECG measures the electrical activity of your heart and dosen't in anyway determine your bp.

Dssc 25... crossed medicals but didn't make final list.

HBP is the single major health issue that flags down majority of candidates during medicals, I did a lil research on lowering BP and even experimented it and the results were instant and astonishing.
Aside Moringa which is also very effective I noticed that Garlic is also very powerful, infact one of the major benefit of Garlic is lowering of BP, it's so effective that it can work wonders in minutes unlike Moringa that may take 1 week to get results though moringa will also crash your sugar level drastically if not controlled your BP may go dangerously low causing another problem for you. But this isn't the case with Garlic.
Key ingredients
1) Lemon
2) 2 bulbs of Garlic
3) I glass of Warm water

Preparation
Crush the garlic and pour it inside the glass of water for 2mins then squeeze the lemon into the mixture and stir.
Take this on an empty stomach, your BP will go down almost immediately.
The result is magical. Chewing a glove of garlic 3x a day will also yield same result but the odour and stench from your mouth fit disqualify you
If one can prepare this before going for medicals it will shield you from HBP tsunami atleast you can now worry about other things.

Another option is to buy BP suppressant I learnt it lasts for 24hrs, and NA medical team don't test for it, many people that did this scaled through, infact one of NDA regular on this thread used suppressant to escape HBP.

Doing this is at one's own risk because you hide your underlying health issues from the medical team to the detriment of your own life.. What I mean is that you may be cleared only for you to go and die during race or even training, there are many instances where people with health issues one way or the other escaped medicals either via connect or using drugs only for them to die during training. So weigh your options properly.

What of the body odour that accompanies garlic when you sweat? Tell them that one.

I was reading about unlocking bootloaders and its consequences, to be sincere in my personal opinion, I don't think I'll be doing it.
When I formatted my redmi 6 pro to give it out, I was asked for my mi account details like password meaning that if the phone was stolen, there is no way it can be unlocked without the mi account details as it is linked to my number also. Even to reflash the rom, you'll need to use your mi account details which since the phone is still locked, you can't have an access to that.
Please, this is just my opinion, is there a way for a stolen phone to be unlocked and reflashed if the bootloader is still locked?

those people who take hbp suppressants don't know it takes up to a month to start taking. It is ignorance that will make one who will be screened tomorrow of bp to start taking it now, it won't just work, you have to have been taking it for long for the effects to start showing and taking that king of drug for the first time can have a tremendous side effect which can be counter productive to what you want to achieve like it can make your heart cardiogram to have irregular pattern which will affect your other tests.

the only hypocrites I see are transsion guys, the very mtk specs provided by Xiaomi outperforms the mtk devices transsion yet place exuberant price on it, so now who's fooling who na? There was a video I saw in youtube of how to tear down the infinix s5 or so. Do you know that these guys deceived their customers by saying the camera is 48mp whereas what was found in it was a camera that is not up to 20mp.

I was seriously mad when I saw someone saying that xiaomi phones have no resale value, like WTF! My 2+ years redmi 6 pro was being rushed by almost five persons that wanted to buy it, despite the rough handling of the phone; I never used any protective cover through out my using the phone but people were still flabbergasted at the aesthetics and how I explained the specifications of the phone.

I'm yet to test the Gcam properly but I think the stock camera on the note 9pro tops Gcam. The stock camera is more colourful than photos taken with the Gcam...I stand to be corrected though,perhaps it may be the settings on the Gcam

I have same sentiment, the camera in note 9 pro is top notch and very good. I don't think am going for that google camera.

I've been seeing this your advert about acquiring a phone. Don't you think that 3gb is too small for an android phone of this era with most of their apps tuned and tweaked for higher memory. Definitely whatever phone you'll get with 3gb ram will hang once loaded with apps. I changed my redmi 6 pro cos of the ram which is 3gb to note 9 pro which is 6gb ram, even after booting, the left over ram is not up to 3gb cos I love some of my apps to auto start after booting and remain open.

There is difference between a sensor that uses pixel binning and nom binned sensor. A pixel binned sensor will carry the main pixel size, that is why you were asked to watch teardown from(48, 50, 64, 108MP) Jerryrigeverything to see other OEM teardowns.
