Really fuel is sold at the refinery pls which refinery? You people should stop giving advise on what you know nothing about. Refineries don't sell fuel pls, it either you load from a private deport or nnpc deport thou they sell cheaper than private depot. The only advantage using franchise is cos the name sell just like people doing franchise under Mr Biggs and you will always load on time and might not lack product, franchise like, MRS, Mobil, con oil,fronte oil, oando. Because they all in the upstream sector and product will always be available , the problem with nnpc is there slow loading and mode of operation. And since he's at ebonyi state he will enjoy PEF if he know his way around. He will make money during scarcity and they calibrating of pumps.

Its generally called refinery in Warri (ppmc) have a knowledge about something before starting an arguement

1. This enquiry cannot be solved until you map out five major filling stations in abakaliki to get different opinions from the managers of this filing stations

2. Make a call to oando, Mobil, and total marketing departments to get the criteria to operating a franchise deal with them

3. The business is more of field knowledge, u can’t get your answers online in sincerity so you have to do point 4 very important

4. Find the IPMAN office of abakaliki zone to have a moment with like minded filing station owners and share toughts

5. Ask deeper questions about how many trucks get sold within two weeks in abakaliki on the average. Truth is building a filing station is all about strategic location.

6. In abakaliki, 50M should build you a very standard one. More importantly getting bulk purchase agreements, dpr lisence is very important here. Lots of certificates like pressure testing , etc will be involved.

My humble advise

I work in the refinery,he doesn’t need to meet them just paint the place with Nnpc logo ,don’t stress yourself that’s what dae do in Warri...50m for filling station he should do any other business a filling station is not more than 10m to build,the cost of land is not inclusive ,underground tanks are sold for 800k he needs like 3 , 2 in 1 pump is 1.5m for (petrotec) single pump is 1m ,in Benin ...

Fuel is sold at #134 at refinery,while at a private depot it’s #136....transportation depends on where you’re buying from,from Warri -yenagua is 150k all your expenses.... for plus all expenses let’s say the fuel will arrive at your filling station at #141 or #140 ...if tanker drivers don’t still your fuel you’ll have an overage(excess) of about 600-800litres if you tight your pump maybe 1300litres or 1500litres that’s 217,000

You can do other calculations when you sell at #145, you can make 300,000 from each 33,000 liters ,remember you’ll fuel your gen and pay salaries...it depends on how many trucks you can sell a month,if the place is busy it’s a nice business,but people are leaving petroleum business I’ll advice you go into gas,or use the money to open small hotel and bar

people who never play the game might find the side mission irrelevant but Netflix already said it will include all the side mission in the video Game which is fantastic and i'm really looking forward to how they want to implement those missions
