Oil is always trending, I try to identify the trend before London session and enter the trend use volume and am done quite simple but took me months to know that, I just study any instrument I want to trade being on oil since March.

I would say gold is not straight forward it retrace very well that am sure of, so you just have to be smart I don't trade gold that much again am fully an oil trader and started currency pairs recently.

When trading oil I aim 1:1.3-1.5rr it may look small but with 95% profitability I beat any gold trader oil is simple you just need to understand timing that what I learnt from oil, I would say 100% but people here will attack me so I risk high like 200$ 500$ and a 1.5rr with 95% I take 5 trades a week so do the calculation.

I don't call it greed I like to size in a little more when am in a winning trade that how I do I just forgot to size in today. So you don't call that one greed that how I trade when am winning I add up so I can be bigger when am right and I don't add up when I know the market isn't stable at that point in time, even if I win it still ohk.

I won't change how I trade because of one pair. I'd rather leave it be. What's special about it? It won't give me more % of my trading capital than other currency pairs give me, so why alter my system for it. It's nice it's been working for you. As for me, Gold can go hug the national grid for now.

But it seems you didn't get what I said clearly. If Usd is strong with other currency pairs, it's mostly strong against gold too, but what I'm saying here is, when DXY is weak across board, but against Gold, it keeps getting stronger. That's rubbish to me.

I understand what you're saying for gold is always another story.

For other instrument the moves are different for gold and silver.

You see that XAU, I won't ever near it anytime soon. I hail those that tamed it and trade it successfully. Usd might be weak across all pairs, but you will still see it being strong against gold. What type of fuc kery is that?

Guy that it, what i do is the reverse if usd is going up i will short gold, cause amoung my plan i try to identify the trend of gold in respect to dollar index, and it's being working for me.

You know what i learnt from my mentor UMAR ASHRAH some of you guys should know him, is that he learns from everybody even though you have 1 year exp in trading.

Whereas guys in this thread don't like to listen to others when they are given an idea or a picture of what they are doing wrong not even an advice don't want to mention names.

Learning never stop that what you have to know. I remember trying to explain to a guy his name was cashy something 11, he was complaining about been takenout by 1 candle stick and the manner he replied it only God.
