Just use the same date you have in your ECA report to fill your form, you can include an LOE with a detailed explanation of the discrepancy between your completion and convocation dates as well as your employment inbetween those dates.

I had the same experience, I filled in my completion date but it came out as my convocation date.
I think it’s normal and I’ll advice you use your convocation date moving forward.

I just noticed that WES evaluated my waec in the report and also for degree credentials year, WES wrote 2017 which my convocation date, i was thinking about they will write 2016, which is the date of completion.

Pls is that how its suppose to be?

Hello house,

I’m currently applying for a UK police clearance certificate online but the transaction keeps declining in the end, I’m not sure what the issue is because I have tried different bank cards.

Does anybody have a similar experience or know a way out of this besides the post option? Kindly assist me ��

Finally collected my passport today
Visa granted
Biometrics:14th August
Sheffield Application received:29th August
Delay mail:4th September
Escalation:5th September
Called UkVI on the 11th and was told a decision was made on the 8th of September
Decision &Collection mail:13th September
Picked it up today exactly 1 month after biometrics
Phew..this thread helped me to stay sane throughout my waiting game

Hello Guys,

I submitted my visa application on the 17th of August, biometrics on 18th Aug. Got Sheffield mail on the 21st Aug....I used priority service.

I've not been able to check the status on UKVI site as my ref no isnt recognized.

Based on the present processing time, when should I expect decision and collection mails? So that I can finally sleep well na...lol

Who shares same timeline please?

Mine is not the same but quite similar,did my biometrics on the 14th of August..got my first mail from Sheffield on the 29th,also got another mail from Sheffield yesterday that my application cannot be processed within 15 working days..ps:mine is standard and not priority.Not sure how long I still have to wait after this second mail.
