If it takes 7 working days, then the mail should drop on Monday. Saturday and Sunday are not inclusive in working days.

It took 7 working days last year and 10 working days for the regret category. I’m guessing u got a regret mail last year hence ur insistence on 24th. Even if mails donot drop today, it would be a deviation from the norm and not necessarily a validation of your hypothesis. Putting it differently, if mails donot drop today, it would be more a deviation from the norm than a validation of your speculation
