I wish you the best... I have a question about the timing... were you given the whole time for the test or was the time divided per section? ... I'm asking this because from my practice I have already decided on how much time to spend in each section..
Divided per section.

So those without NYSC certificate weren't allowed to write? I want to be sure please
I'm not quite sure. I met someone like that but I don't know what happened to him afterwards. I went into the hall after my own clearance. Wait for response from others

@luckyway

I want to know if they provide enough working materials like paper and pen ?
NO WRITING MATERIAL WAS PROVIDED.
Go with your own pen. The only writing material you'll use is your invitation print out. That's where you'll do your calculations and you'd submit it after the test.

For those coming from a far place or who want to go with bags, there's a place you can drop your bag and pay 100 bucks. I was so happy to use their service today, I couldn't go to the venue without my bag

Okay thank you.

All new passages or did they repeat any you've seen in practice questions e.g. Olympics, Dolphins, Nobel Prize, etc.

No repetition. All the answers are in the passage given.

Thanks...do you remember the topics touched in C++ questions you saw?....Sorry for disturbing undecided undecided
Very easy ones, something you probably know the answer already. Still revise all programming languages you did in school just in case.

Thank you.

What about Verbal. Any familiar passages?

All Verbal questions asked you to choose which two statements must be true according to the passage. It can be confusing as all the options might sometimes sound like something you saw somewhere in the passage. Limited time too

Were the questions similar to the one below or more of Tables, Charts, Graphs etc

The sum of all interior angles of a polygon is 1440°. What is the possible number of sides of the polygon?

Tables, Charts, Graphs....That's data interpretation

Same Dragnet data interpretation questions. Nothing else
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Graduate Engineer & Other Engineering Roles At ExxonMobil by Luckyway: 11:45am On Jan 31, 2019
LoySupremo:

Please how was the Numerical Reasoning...was it familiar or very different
Familiar, nothing strange at all. Just make sure you work with time.

For the numerical, some questions were wayyy harder than others. So I advise you skip and move to the next question if you're stuck. I skipped the entire first four questions and discovered easier ones in the middle. Don't waste your time on hard questions, make a reasonable guess and move on, remember to mark it so that you can come back to it later. The interface didn't have the mark option so I wrote down the questions I intend to go back to on paper.

Also, no calculator was provided, it's better you start practicing with non.

Thanks bro. Was nysc discharge certificate checked?
Yeah, needed for clearance.
You guys should also take the originals of your NYSC and Degree certificate along. Some guys didn't come with theirs, don't know if it was sorted out or not. Just save yourself the stress.

Has anyone written this morning?
Just finished writing.
Electrical guys should read generators and motors very well.
There weren't much calculations in the discipline section and most of them were easy, 50 questions in total.
You have to work very fast.
Also go through your C++ notebook.
For the Dragnet Abstract reasoning, brace up for very challenging questions. That's all for now.

If you don't have an electrical past question yet, send me a pm. I bought one and I'm iving it out FOC.

The people required to write LOR for you are the lecturers that taught you, your course advisor or thesis supervisor. These are the people that can write recommendation letter for you and link it to the performance of their courses you took.

Best of luck.
Thanks for the response

Makes no difference, go with the lecturer if he know s you better than the professor. It’s importany to go with someone who knows you well and can speak volumes about you in recommendation. Quality not title is the watchword.
Thanks a lot bro.

Good day everyone.

Does having professors as my references increase my chances of getting admitted into graduate school?

I'm asking because I have a good rapport with my undergraduate junior lecturers but not familiar with my undergraduate professors. Moreover, most professors might not accept to send mails or log in to answer questions(as required by some schools).

I need guidance, please.

This is actually a fraudulent activity by the foreign company to dupe Nigerian telecom operators.

By tweaking the system to show the call originated as a local number they end up paying lower interconnect rates compared to when its international termination.

Please check your mail, sir.
Thanks.

Good evening guys.

I have a very important question for those experienced in the banking sector
: I studied Electrical Engineering and have been working in the IT sector since the past one year.

If I get accepted into this Ecobank Graduate Program, do I stand a chance of being posted to their IT department?

I have a few IT certifications too.

Waiting for an answer from you all good people

Programming / Microsoft Server Tutor Needed by Luckyway: 9:53am On Nov 02, 2017
Good day everyone.

Please can someone recommend an institute in Lagos that offers MCSA/MCSE training at a reasonable price?

Or is there an MCSE in on Nairaland who is willing to tutor me for a fee?

I'm really interested in taking the exams as soon as possible and it appears the MCSA does not have enough resources online (YouTube et al) for self-study like other courses.

Please help a brother.

Thank you.
