Issue of borehole donation now shouldn't be a something to be celebrated as an achievement. I've donated not less than eight to different people in a different places but I'm yet to go to media for it's publication. The one I want to donate now will cost me over #1.9m. My problem here is that we have weak financial crime institution in this country. This is exactly what is obtainable in today's public service offices.
