you get a certification ater ur first yr i.e DISM
second yr;higher diploma in system engineering[HDSE]
Third yr;advanced diploma in system engineering which will be obtained in the UK.

hello stead, am glad i came accross this topis cos' am going to start the programme this november though i already have a third class degree in industrial chemistry but i think is not good enough for me.As for your plans to further your stody,i wld suggest you go for a masters after your prog. with aptech,i hope you know that with your three yrs in aptech you get yourself a B.Sc computing.Gud luck stead
pelumiv;aptch runs 4 three yrs with flexible exit at the end of every yr.570k for the two yrs in nigeria then direct entry into uk university where u will be awarded B.Sc computing with 8000pounds approx.2mil.

how relevant is IT certifications such as CIPISM,DISM,HDSE,ADSE. because iam only aware of stuffs like ccna and the likes.

i have a third class degree in industrial chemistry and iam looking forward to obtaining certifications in information technology  with aptech computer education which will last  another 3yrs degree in computing.here is the breakdown of how the certificates will be awarded
  year one; certificate  proficiencyin information systems management.
                  diploma in information systems management.
  year two:higher  diploma in software engineering.
  year three:advanced  diploma in software engineering
  please advice me on what to do
