At first i thought of ignoring ur post but on 2nd thought felt it will be good to let u know u need to learn to be polite not only on social media but in ur everyday life. More so u dont know d person @ d other side.

Financial literacy requires u learn to invest resources and make returns over time. 10 - 15 yrs isnt a short duration. If in doubt add 10-15 yrs to ur age and imagine where u would love to be and things u would love to av achieved then u realise it is an investment.

More so it may not take him that long to recoup his investment. The time frame is for him to maximise his profit.

This is my candid advice, invest the money in a business u can manage or go for an investment u r sure will continue to bring in income for @ least 10 - 15 yrs. Then use d proceeds to build a house, while d investment still brings in profit. Although u need to b financially disciplined to keep ur target in view.
