I came across this Forum and I read many things that has motivated me to go and continue work on my site.
I abandoned it then (2018) because the location was still under developed
It's a 3 bedroom bungalow already at window level.
So now that I want to start working there. Dem omo onile don come pour sand in my Garri.
I'm too young to deal with this people and what they're asking for is way too much.

I think what you should do is to ask them to let you see their Oga, if they agree to your suggestion, just go with a few street-wise people, sugar coat things a little, offer him an amount you got. He will collect it!

Looks like asbestos, but it is made of cement reinforced with fiber. It has different thickness but 6mm can conveniently serve. A Nigerite 1.2m x 2.4m board sells for around #7500. Attached picture was what convinced me.

Thanks a lot.do you know the size of those windows by the sides of that building in the picture?

rationalmind:
I hope this answers your question

Flat roof (low pitch roof) is much more affordable. You would save a lot of cash from wood and the roofing sheet. It is also very durable, just like any roof type the is properly done. You can enhance the beauty by using fibercement fascia and soffit. My project is at roof level, and that's the option am going for.

Thanks a lot. Can I know more about fibrecement fiscia please?

I am presently in a dilemma over these two roofing styles for a house considering these two factors;

1. Affordability

2. Which is actually durable and the best practices.

I need as many PROFESSIONAL opinions as I can get. Please help

Can skill funds from ones skrill account be transferred directly to a domiciliary bank account in Nigeria and it will retain the same amount minus transfer fee?

Liverpool will win the league all things being equal on the 7th of March against Bournemouth

#YNWA.

Unprecedented 22 point lead just after 25 games. Incredible!

Goal.....Firminho!!!!

Any streaming links for this match?

An engineer told me that any size of blocks (6 inch no holes or 9 inch perforated blocks) can be used in the construction of the foundation of a one storey building that the main thing that requires the most attention is the size of the pillars that come from inside the ground.

Guys, how true is this? Any contrary opinions?

Please help.

Nostradamus:
do you have any Dss agent as cousin/relative or friend??

If yes, contact him.he/she might be able to help.i don't trust those ugly goons in black(the so-called police)if you go to them.they might mess things up.

I contacted one already yesterday. My friend reached out to him nicely hoping he will repent and send the money, defxon blocked my friend.

What he doesn't understand is that he will go to jail if i don't get that money.

HE WILL BEG,HIS FAMILY WILL CRY and PLEAD when he is caught(that is so certain).

These are the kinds of guys that mess the image of Nigeria up internationally.

He has other monikers here,we know. He will be gotten soon!

Thanks for your suggestion

Username: defxon.

Real Name: Israel Olise
Bank: Ecobank
Account number: 8105186677

Seem to have swindled a username :luvablesam of $315

He sent defxon the money via skrill so he can send his(luvablesam's) money to his account this morning but since then nothing has been heard.

At first he said that his bank app had no network, later he said he sent from an ATM

When luvablesam complained to Defxon about the transaction, he said luvablesam lacked manners and that he should do his worst.

CAN ANYONE HELP US TRACK HIM DOWN?

HE HAS BLOCKED Luvablesam ON WHATSAPP

Thanks for carrying the torch for me while I was banned here.

So yesterday I needed money urgently to settle some bills and my normal customer wasn't online.

I advertised and was contacted by Defxon a.k.a Opawole Akintunde(fake name) a.k.a
OLISE ISRAEL.

He seemed genuine. so i transfered $315 to him around about 8:45am yesterday. He lied that he had a problem with his transfer app n then he claimed he transfered to my account via ATM . of course all lies.

I received no MONEY from him and he ended up blocking me.

Mr Olise i know you will see this; be nice to your family and your loved ones by doing the right thing before it is too late and when you are caught you will claim its the devil's work.

We have all your details already!

Kindly send my money and everything i have in works already will go silent(even the mentions here).

Thanks to everyone who has helped in trying to solve this.

classicmusic:
Pay luvablesam his money and stop commenting everywhere.

I need help to track down this user...

He will pay tomorrow. Let him breathe small. I appreciate your support

classicmusic:
@defxon kindly answer this person and settle everything you have to with this person. It is bad for your business. Clear it up

He has dared me to even report him to the efcc.

He reads n doesn't respond to WhatsApp messages anymore.

I have consulted a local EFCC office here and they told me to give the transaction till tomorrow morning before any action can be taken.

Thanks by the way

Before you trade with anyone here again,do you mind refunding me my money?

Its been 7 hours i trustingly sent you skrill funds n i havent gotten my money.

I have a lot to say n do but i will stop here now.

If by 4pm i dont get my money, well i will do more

I don't usually do this because I believe everyone deserves a fair hearing but I am about to write a long story about someone here and how i havent gotten my money since i transfered my skrill funds to them.

I was too trusting .

I have also drafted a complaint to EFCC with the person's full name and address.

We need to stop spoiling Nigeria's name home and abroad.

If your name starts with OPA .... please be very worried.

$300 skrill money available...340/$1 anyone?

I noticed that i connected my lifepo4 battery to the inverter today and it will switch on for a second or two n then go off. I tested the inverter with a car battery later and it worked well.
