I paid Ten Thousand Naira to JAMB in the just concluded registration for 2014 as a registered cafe which supposed to have elapsed after this registration (2015) now they are planning not to enable the registered cafes' participate in the registration exercise. It is either they make refund of our payment or allow us to partake in the registration exercise else. We shall have a case before them.

I do not even know who formulate policy for them that does not consider the outside environment.
