Please I am graduate of petroleum engineering and i want to further my education in Norway. It is perfect for the course I want to study but I have my skepticisms. Like how do i go about it?, what is the minimum requirement( eg tofel or something)or as a coloured man do i have to be worried(if you know what i mean)?.Also what are the job prospects and accomodation.
