Please, I have a problem similar to this. I was given a promo Gotv from Lagos. it was registered in Lagos, but I brought it to Ilorin. The surname is the registered name "Yk2 Fcmb Promo" and the IUC is 4613544835. Everything is well installed, I can only view the go channel. the signal is very strong, but I can't activate the decoder. PLEASE HELP ME!!

The decoder, started showing green light, the channel i had it on before the power outage appeared but i notice i couldn't use any feature in the remote control and if i press the standby button, the audio will still be on.
