I agree that wild jubilation will erupt if military takes over.

However , what can the people do if their jubilation turns to sorrow quickly if unfortunately military becomes worse than "this useless civilian government of APC" as you called it.

Sometimes , the Devil you know may actually be better than the Angel you wished for.

If you were alive and witness Idi Amin of Uganda, you will know that it is not easy to wrestle power out of the hands of an evil military dictator. No freedom of speech, no freedom of movement, no freedom of protest. No freedom of anything.

I will prefer this democracy in which we can change whoever is there every four years compared with a dictator who can forcefully stay there till he dies.

The western media deliberately demonized Idi Amin for his anti-west stand, the standard of living for the average Ugandan was way better under him, same with Libya and Ghadaffi.

Of what use is freedom of speech to people that cannot provide basic food and medicine for their families, the politicians are heartlessly looting the public treasury, the people are dying in hunger, elections are rigged in broad daylight with thugs armed by politicians, the security agencies look on helplessly as the people's wishes are overturned after elections with losers being announced as winners.




I have lived through 6 military administrations & 7 civilian governments and I can tell you for sure, military administrations are way better than this charade we call democracy, especially this APC brand of democracy

With the state of things in the country now, Nigerians will erupt in wild jubilations if the military states a coup now to overthrow this useless civilian government of APC

Soludo has to be encouraged and motivated to make Anambra a destination of choice for our Local Igbo investors and of course Igbo investors in the diaspora as well! Those stubborn Igbo Lagos investors should please shift some of their holdings back to the east! The world is in a flux right now.........nobody knows how and where this Ukraine Russia thing is gonna end up!

My brothers and I sold our family land in Ajah to purchase a 100x100 feet plot in Awka Millenium City 2 years ago.............I dream of the day when I will land at Anambra airport direct from say Chicago or Atlanta and within 30 minutes I dey my own flat in the family home in AMC.........the next morning I fit drive down to the villa in nnewi or hop up to Enugu to visit with friends, Soludo is a dreamer like me too but he has to be motivated with both praises and constructive criticism to do better!

My brother Charles Soludo's governorship is an ikegwuru situation, he is not doing anything to attract more real estate investments into Anambra state, the much that was done in opening new real estate frontiers in Anambra was the ones done by Willie Obiano in creating & giving access to new estates, including the Anambra Millennium City (AMC) in Awka(that place is beautiful).
