Good evening all, I change my civic 06 shocks and shaft recently but suddenly the car enters limp
/emergency mode. Scanned the car, it says I should service the gear and change the shaft cup but unfortunately I was unable to get the exact code from the guy who scanned the car

Limp mode & gear box issues are not related, a plug coil or rocker arm can cause that, unless what you are trying to describe as limp mode may be something else, probably your gear not downshifting properly.

Do another scan and report here with the codes.
