Lerato's families are acting under the shadow of a Women's Right Group in South Africa, ( P. O. W. A ) - which means Women Opposing Women Abuse. They have issued Big Brother Africa a court injunction not to interfere into the matter, as they would never allow Hannington unprosecuted.

These Activists groups got notified and they and Lerato's family took immediate legal action and whisked him away to police detention. He's currently being charged with indecent assault on a woman, and he might do some few jail terms either in South Africa or in Uganda if he's found guilty as charged and not granted bail. But one thing is certain, Hannington Kuteesa, will never return to South Africa if he's labeled guilty of woman battery before he returns to his native Uganda.I must inform you though that Lerato is still in the barn unaware of this proceedings being done on behalf of her by her families and P.O.W.A to her one time favourite barnmate. Big Brother Africa has been restricted from conveying this news on air and you wouldn't be updated as this might disrupt the whole big brother Africa tv show.Its sad that Hannington has little or no representatives in South Africa as this might severe the diplomatic ties between South Africa & Uganda.I used to think that the Big Brother Africa show is rated 18+? Whatever happened to adulthood and solving things amicably as adults should. The situation is now treated as a General family problem affecting both women and children. I do understand the plight of P.O.W.A and some of this Women Groups in trying to fight for the right of women, but using the media advantage of a situation like this to promote their plight is going too far in exaggerating too much from something too little to neccesitate a movement.I only pray for a fair trial and justice for Hannington Kuteesa who has been used as a scapegoat via the media.

Kevin:- "I am sure Itai will smoke since he is under pressure, he has a feeling that Eddy will put him up, Eddy wept when Geraldine left, Geraldine's leaving felt like I lost a soldier in the battle, People really take things personal, I hope Ugandans will not show me hatred because of phil and Hannington, I do not hate Eddy but this is a competition, I am so eager and desperate to stay here and Africa Knows that, I am planning to be the housemate who stands out among the housemates for the remaining weeks, I Regret kissing Paloma and Nominating Nkenna."

Diary Sessions: Day 78


Housemates talk about Geraldine's eviction, today's nominations & life in the house:

Mzamo:- "I never expected Itai to put up Geraldine, I thought it was me or Nkenna, Me and Nkenna usually rub him the other direction, I miss her sweetness (Gerry), we made a bet with Nkenna that if I can not smoke for the whole week she gives me her glasses given to her by Dbanj, I will not feel guilty if Itai goes, Eddy is mad at Itai because he took out the twin, he really did not expect Itai to take out Geraldine, I do not mind if I do not win the dimes but as long as I am in the final five, I really just have to be my self and If Africa likes it, they will vote for me, If I do not win I will like a female to win Nkenna or Emma, for the Guys I prefer Eddy to Kevin."

Itai:- "I am ok, I felt that the eviction was abit strange and I do not know what to make about it, I felt that I made a mistake depending on the reactions I met from the housemates, Personally I had no choice because I felt she broke the agreement we made not to nominate each other, It is such total rubbish for someone to say that the game is not personal, when I said goodbye to Geraldine, I saw she was unhappy, If this game was not personal then why do people refer to Bible verses when they get angry, they make the situation look like as if some one has died, some of these people nominate others and think they are supposed to feel good about it, When my time comes that I have to go then I will have to go, At this point I have no strategy but I believe I will be up come sunday, I will just try to be at my best and it is Ok I have had my time,
I hate it when people call others serpents because that is passing judgements, there has to be a situation in the game when painfull decissions have to be made, It is unfortunate that Geraldine had to go this time."

my question is how can someone be engaged for seven years i think the guy is not ready to seal the deal so the girl got a bit tired and decided to have a little fling. the guy in question shld be happy the fling was with an ex not with someone next door.

Nkenna:- "I am fine, In the house there were only confessions, this moment cancelled my curiosity for what I was longing to know, Elizabeth just decided to blackmail me infront of Emma and Kevin that I was going to feel bad if Jeremy or Emma win this money, I am now wondering why she decided to come up with this, what people should know is that their most favorite people may not be Africa's favorite, I was also very dissapionted with Itai because he decieved Kevin that I was going to nominate him."

Kevin:- "I am fine today, Last night I got another Face to Face with eviction, Now I have lost my alliance but I just have to see how I can appeal to Africa, I think I have got alot of anxiety thats why I did not sleep well last night, I cried with in myself because I did not get to hear from my people, I enjoyed the task last week, people enjoyed It and I had alot of fun, I am cool with the new HoH, if feel that I am quite safe this week."

In their last diary sessions today, housemates talk about yesterday's evictions, the nominations and life in the house.

Itai:- "I am ok, not too bad not to good, Last night's evivction was not a good one to my side, Leonel was a person who was real in every thing he did, My dreams are bad because they consist of bad memories from the past,
I think I have gone futher than I have always thought, Now we understand each other with Mzamo, Nkenna said things about me but later she told me that she was just trying to push me to the wall, I believe that If any one in the house had surfferd the pranks I have surferd they would have not taken it the way I did, At this point it will be difficult for me to stick with alliances, I can not stick to any agreements as per now because I am not sure of some people, I am now getting to know Eddy better, I am suffering with the Cocktail Leonel throw to me, I have no Idea why he did it."

Mzamo:- "I am good, I expected Leonel to go as soon as I learnt that he was put up with Kevin, The house is now quiete because we no longer hear his concoctions of English, I do not feel so safe that Itai is HoH, but I hope he understants that we are the same prey being hunted this time, I liked the task last week,
I now belive that there is going to be a shift in allinaces because the Nigerians will just nominate them salves only when it is necessary, we now just have to ensure that we can find a way of combating this."
