so since its not follow come there would be no option to manually downgrade your best bet is to see a technician, I said technician because I don't know your level of experience with laptops

for now forget about the fan first, i didn't say doing that would rectify your problem, press the cap lock button and check if it will power on the caplock notification light just do this and give me feedback

since i upgraded to windows 10, the keyboard stops working..i ll have to use the onsceen keyboard to login. it hangs alot..cant even watch a movie with subtitle..and now even the onscreen keyboard has stopped working. the charging liight is always on even when i am nt charging it and the system is off. i just dont knw wat to do anymore.

is it a follow come Windows 10 or you upgraded it yourself

Pls I usually put my laptop on sleep mode so I can resume what I am doing.
After working with it yesterday, I put it to sleep. And did not touch it for 5 hours. On getting back home and switching it on, it has refused to come up
The charging lights do come up and also the power light, but the fan is not working. I am confused as this laptop is a 2 week old laptop.
What might be wrong?

It shakes up and down for like 2secs interval continuously. I have tried tapping the screen & applying little force to the casing to see if it is "un-tight" screws but, to no avail.

I do not even have access to an external monitor. I don't know how to get one. I'm in Benin.
