Not necessarily meant for those in romantic relationship, its a day for everyone - married or not, a day to celebrate love esp for those who find it hard loving.

But thing is, if u gonna celebrate it with a platonic friend, you have to let him or her know that its just a platonic date so they don't go home feeling u just asked them out, our minds can be weird like that lol.

True, we should celebrate love everyday of our lives and not limit it to a day alone but in reality do we? I think the date exist as a reminder for us to love and keep loving no matter what, plus I also concur with what BreezyRita wrote
