There are lots of b®illiant policies and plans by government since 1960. The challenge we have is sincerity and the political will to implement them to the letter. This your idea like others is not bad but "Do we have the infrastructure"? We can't run when we are yet to walk. OÑe major Challenge those countries you meantined are facing is the problem of "cheap" labour. How do we tackle that considering how expensive commodities are in Nigeria? you made sense bro, most especially your point in agriculture.Do yo know that in US their economic strength is mostly based on Agriculture? If Nigeria wants to cut down the rate of unemployment she should invest heavily in agriculture.
The federal government should create an agricultural farm own by the federal government just as we have in health ( Teaching Hospitals ) which will be managed and run by them.
This farm will cover every sector in agriculture such as crop production, Animal husbandry, fishery production, forestry and reserve, horticulture, Processing and storage e.t.c.
Once a graduate is out from service he or she should be employed immediately and agric is not only for graduates even the non educated ones can be gainfully employed but to be on a safe side the minimum of SSCE will be least required, if government can look in to these things they are a lot of manufacturing, processing, production, storage and reserve which can be gained from agriculture alone in these country.Hope I made sense too.

For whoever that had been living in Portharcourt for years will be able to remember Wike and the famous Obio Akpor boys when he was the local government chairman. Petty business, commercial motor drivers, land developers and builders knows what they pass through during this era. Many were brutalised, beaten and injured just because of the aggressive ways these touts demands for revenue. Ameachi came in and put a stop to this madness. Who in Portharcourt that does not know the notorious land grabber by the name Dogo? He claimed and collected lands that does not belong to him and cause nightmare for those building houses. I know people that bought there lands twice from this criminal. It was Ameachi that out a stop to his criminality. Militant and criminals were sent packing from the garden city because of Ameachi insistence that he will never patronise criminals. Relative peace were enjoyed during this period until PEJ brought her meddling into the state affairs.
Most of the foot soldiers that works for Wike were touts and ex-militants which of course will be compensated for job well done. The only he will do this is by empowering them through revenue collection which will takes us back to the period of infamous Obio Akpor boys.

The corpers will have to walk down to Agba-Ndele in the swampy road, some corpers have to work their service from there to another place, thanks to Amaechi for coming to their aid,that we the present corpers we are enjoying.
