CrimeThe Nollywood Actress Yetunde Akilapa Caught Stealing Again by mabeni(op): 7:16pm On Jun 23, 2015
Recently she was almost beaten to death by a
mob in Magodo for breaking into a man’s flat
with the help of a master key.

The young actress, who has already been
branded the name-thief, stole from her boss,
where she is currently undergoing training in
cosmetic makeup.
It was reported that the boss had just brought
into the country iphones, laptops and other
gadgets. Later at night after everybody had gone
home, Yetunde went back with a master key.
She gained entrance to the store and took away
some iphones, ipads and laptops. On her way
out, someone spotted her.
She was detained and later arrested but as
usual, she blamed it on the devil and the strange
voice she claims she usually hears that urges her
to go and steal.
The shop owner, who later rushed to the scene,
called in the police who took her away. But two
days after, Yetunde was released which made
the boss upset. She then called in another set of
policemen who have now re-arrested her.
She is in custody waiting to be charged to court.
Meanwhile, Yetunde has said that she is not a
Kleptomaniac ; that her problem is spiritual.

Woke up this morning and the thought of patronizing one of those Ashewo joints in my neighborhood later in the day struck my mindbut the fear of soiling my good reputations pulls me (I'm a mentor to many kids in my neighborhood ) Does any human rights covers me if I'm being raided by policemen in the joint?

Romance5 Reasons Why You Should Marry A Yoruba Lady: photos by mabeni(op):
In Nigeria, there are different views about
women from various tribes.
While women from some tribes are believed to
have certain skill sets, some are generally
believed not to measure up to the standards of
others because of a perceived trend. Many
people analyse these behaviours based on their
experiences with one or two women from the
same tribe they have come across in their
lifetime.

However, it should be noted that although some
special behaviours have been attached to women
from various tribes, it DOES NOT WORK
TOTALLY FOR all the women in the tribe. The
assumptions are just based on the common thing
you will see most women from the area.. Mabeni has however, put together 5 reasons
why you should consider marrying a Yoruba lady.

1. Yoruba Ladies Are Very Respectful
The moment a child is born in Yorubaland, the
onus of training is on everybody around the baby,
not just the parents. This has made it very easy
to inculcate habits like being respectful in the
young child. Yoruba ladies are brought up to
totally give obeisance to whoever it is due. The
Yoruba culture opines that when a youngster
meets an elder, she must kneel down to greet as
a sign of respect. All these and more are why
Yoruba ladies top the list of respectful tribes in
Nigeria.

2. Yoruba Ladies Are Highly Enlightened
Education, they say, is light. A high percentage
of ladies from Yoruba tribe take school seriously,
which gives them an edge over other ladies from
other tribes in Nigeria. A typical Yoruba lady
would prefer to go to school, get certified before
thinking of marriage, which is rare in some
tribes. This help them strategise their lives well
enough; get prepared for the future before
jumping into it.

3. Yoruba Ladies Are Family-Oriented
The same way every young child is taught how
to be respectful no matter the situation is the
same way a Yoruba ladies are taught how to
always put their immediate families first no
matter what. They are brought up with the notion
that a friend will one day leave but family will
forever be family. This trait can make a man fall
in love over and over again with the same
woman who has perfected the act of keeping her
family together.

4. Yoruba Ladies Age Gracefully
Because most Yoruba ladies keep themselves
before marriage, there are better chances for
them to look way younger than their real age.
They are ever agile even in old age to tend to
their family. Just like fine old wine, Yoruba ladies
get stronger as they grow older. This has been
an unexplainable trait.

5. Yoruba Ladies Are Hardworking
A lot of Yoruba ladies grew up with the
teachings of self-reliance. This is because at a
tender age, they get taught about how to do
major household chores and how to exceptionally
take care of the house, the man of the house
and the children. Every man want attention….

Truth be told, flesh to flesh good than condom.
Romance5 Reasons Why Some Women Dislike Condoms by mabeni(op): 10:14pm On Jun 17, 2015
It is widely believed that when it comes to
intimacy and sexual relationship, most men
prefer to do it without the use of a condom.
Funny enough, men are not the only culprit
as statistics have shown that some women do
not really fancy its use as well.
Here are 5 reasons some women gave to
show they object to the use of condoms.

1. NO KIDS: Some ladies do everything they
can to avoid their man using condoms. This is
because they want children. They feel the
best way to totally own a man is to be
pregnant for him. However, they seduce their
man to sleep with them without using a
condom as such, they ‘hook’ the man when
pregnancy surfaces.

2. INFECTIONS: Although condoms are
prescribed to reduce the spread of infections.
Ironically, the latex allergies which are the
strongest deterrent against Sexually
Transmitted Diseases (STDs) cause women to
end up with yeast infections and more.Yeast
infection simply means that too many yeast
cells are growing in the woman’s “ private
part .” It is very common but don’t let it bother
you too much because the treatment is
simple.

3. CONDOMS BREAK: It is better not to use a
condom at all if it will end up
breaking. Sometimes, while the heat is on and
there is a high level of friction, a condom
could break thereby exposing the woman to
all dangers associated with casual sex. So,
some women feel ‘why the need’ and prefer to
be raw with their man.

4. IT REDUCES PLEASURE: Infact men mostly
complain that the use of condoms do not
enable them get maximum sensation. Women
are also not left out. Condoms reduce the
level and passion one could have during
intimacy. This is a major reason some women
hate condoms.

5. SMELL OF THE LATEX: Some women have
attributed the smell of condoms to that of a
balloon. Condom latex has a particular odious
smell. Lots of users (male and female) have
complained about this. As a result, these
days, condoms are made in different flavours
(banana, apple, strawberry, peach, etc).
A condom is a latex sheath which could be
used as a child spacing method and also a
tool to prevent diseases especially the
sexually transmitted diseases.
