I just received my visa via the Parent route (parent of a British citizen, settled in the UK) after over 8 months...do i still need a TB test at the point of entry?...

Has anyone experienced this:

I got an email from SVSAppeal stating: “The decision to refuse your visa application has been overturned and our office will now proceed to the next stage of your application.”

I have paid the IHS fee and re-submitted my passport to TLS. Does anyone know how long it will take for my passport to be returned?
