Oversee all creative inputs on company’s communications and publications.
Host the website and upgrade content regularly.
Assess program requirements and aid personnel in handling the project well.
Maintain records of media coverage and collate analytics and metrics.
Proficiency in design and publishing software.
Manage conflict as it arises and escalate to management.
Qualification
Desirable experience and characteristics:
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field.
Minimum of 3 - 5 years' relevant experience in a communications role.
Knowledge of desktop publishing software (InDesign/Photoshop).
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, content management systems, and social media platforms..
Strong research, policy development and writing skills.
