Am looking for a real estate developer or individuals to partner with in the completion of a property with 3 selfcontains(a room,kitchen and toilet) in osogbo,osun state and another land space to build 1 story building in port harcourt along international airport road in rumuodumaya,rivers state.which is for rent after completion.this property is on 70% completion(osogbo,osun state) and the one in port Harcourt has not been developed.I need a developer to partner with,after the house is set,we will discuss the agreement and terms and condition on how to get back capital his/she has invested and get to make money on the investment back(gain making). I use 97 galant but has been parked 4 sumtin now,d manuel transmission gear is bad,it takes time to enta reverse and d gear makes noise wen engaged,it a strong car anyway.I just wonda y they hv dis transmiSsion issues |

Education is good,we all need it,but it only in nigeria I see one particular tribe been so super rich without any certificate not to talk of waec,or ur ND,HND,Bsc whteva u hv,they till earn more money den u do sitting in ur office and do the YES SIR YES SIR thing and why u did not come to wrk yesterday,this tribe I talk abt some of them don't knw how to read and write but yet there accounts read in milloins,it only in this same nigeria I see a WAEC holder getting(some say he don't hv but he is there) the highest office in nigeria(office of the president of the fedral republic) we all knw HIM,the thing is something with all the certificate in ur bag,it may not help u or it may,the thing is GOD qualify d unqualiied to be qualify.cheers |
