Ikwerreboy: I want to use this oppurnity to pls inform all the igbos/south easterners, i would have prefer to call you biafrans but you are still under the canopee of nigeria. Niger delta (south south geo-political zone) is not against your biafran struggle, no, we are not against it. We understand the persecutions the igbo tribe have and are currently going through in the north,south west and in the south south, you are always critised, you are never loved, they condem you, they hate your progress, they don't see you as one of them, they even go as far as not geting married to your tribe and also not selling lands to you (Expecially the Ogba people,Ogoni people,Kalabari people,engenni people and some part of ikwerre, expecially outside port harcourt and obio apkor local govt areas all in present day rivers state) In the north they are killing you, in the south west (yoruba land) they are killing and deporting you, in the south south they dispise you they never acepted your biafra proposal even when you both lived as then eastern region, up till date the kalabari,ikwerre,ogoni,ogba and ekpeye people of rivers state celebrate the liberation of their tribe from the hands of the igbos during the biafran war. We understand the love as many may say that the igbos have for we the south south, e.g the massive support you gave to our son in 2011 and 2015 presidential elections and we are very glad for this, i want to say a big thank you for everyone of you. We the south south have showed so much appreciation to you igbos for the love you have for us, we have never killed you,deport you, close down your investment, or even introduce policies that will make life unbearable for you in the south south, we have never, we accomodate you, you leave without fear unlike in other regions of nigeria, even though the fear is there as some may say, but it is less in the south south than any other region of nigeria. But i have now understood that despite all these freedom giving to you igbos by we the south south in south south zone have never be regarded by most of you, you still figure hate in our minds, you still figure out batrayer in our minds, you belief the only thing that would clear all this though you have toward us is our open aceptance of biafra republic as 98% of south south are not in support/interested in biafra. Ever since the biafra war, all you are all bent to is letting we the south south belief the northerners and the yorubas are our enemies even when we have no record of any negative role they played on us rather they even helped by liberating us from the hands of the larger tribe (igbos) in the then eastern region. Secondly you have always been preaching love in our ears, trying to make us believe that the only brothers we have in nigeria are the igbos, forgetting the negative role your fathers who migrated to the south south place on the ibibio people (google Aro-ibibio war and through the wikipedia link click and read for yourself), on the ikwerre,ogba and ekpeye people (were there community names were changed,teaching of igbo language in schools,overthrowning the mayor of port harcourt from an ikwerrian, rewriting the history and bent on eradicating the culture of the ikwerre,ogba, and ekpeye people and so on), on the ogonis, the kalabari and even the etche people of rivers state. Indeed you were bent on igbolising the south south, but you never succeeded as the ikwerres,ogbas and ekpeyes that were affected more than all other ethnic group in the south south and been documented by the nigerian govt as ethnic groups of there own, not igbo,not ijaw,not yoruba, not hausa but on there individual tribe, they still retain there history and are not members of any of your organisation till date even if they bear similar names,cultures and language with you igbos. Truth most be told and do not hate me for this, because it will not change anything. Geo-graphically south south is far larger than south east (only cross rivers and akwa ibom is more than the whole of the south east). In terms of natural resources, south south by the grace of God is more bless than the south east, excluding our crude oil that is been used to feed the whole of our dear country today including you igbos, as you offer nothing to the federal govt but recieve monthly allocation every month fron our God given resoureces, we, south south are not fools and can never be decie Biafra or no Biafra... I'm not a pro-Biafra... Ikwerre speaks for only Ikwerre... SS comprises of many Ethnic groups including the Igbo speaking ones... So, what's your point? https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_ fbid=699057263537466 &id=691375847638941 &_rdr The source you gave was created thesame time you posted this Lies... #Imposters... |

If we are cowards, we wouldn't be where we are today...
Because we chose not to be manipulated, your kind tag us as backstabber.
Because you can't predict someone doesn't mean he/she is an hypocrite.
Real cowardice to me is when you can't even defeat yourself. That's why we (yoruba) don't always feel the need to be on top of others, and that's why we understand that to win, you need help of others (if you grab what I mean)...
Anyway, I don't give a phuck about what you think of us... We know we are Awesome. I have noticed this for a long time... Why do Yorubas feel insecure? |

sonOfLucifer: The fundamentals of Odinani
Odinani is anchored on the sanctity of Ani, the Earth Deity,
INTRODUCTION The Igbo traditional religion is a philosophy that has stood the test of time. To understand the basis for Igbo philosophy, we must understand first the Igbo concept of the Cosmos, a logical concept that makes few pretensions about the great unknown. This concept has survived the introduction of Middle Eastern religious beliefs and modern science. The Igbo belief is therefore both metaphysical and scientific as well as sacred and socioenvironmental.
A very tolerant but conservative philosophy, its capacity for ecumenism is enormous. While not yielding an inch to mythical and unproven concepts of life on earth, the Igbo philosophy maintains an elastic but credible concept of the Cosmos and its constituents that is rooted in science rather than the traditional myths of some imported beliefs.
To the ancient Igbo, the Cosmos is an endless space of visible and invisible beings. This Cosmo is divided into four complex constituents, [Onwuejeogwu, 1975: The Igbo Culture Area in “Igbo Language and Culture,” F. Chidozie Ogbalu & E Nolue Emenanjo -ed.]: Okike (Creation) Alusi (Supernatural Forces or Deities) Mmuo (Spirit) Uwa (World)
OKIKE The Supreme Being (Chi ukwu or Chukwu) is the God of Creation (Chi Okike), the Force that fires all forces. God in Igbo language is also called Chineke (“God in the morning of creation, ” or “the God who creates” or “God and the Creator” (duality of deity), depending on perspectives). Chineke is far removed from the perception of mere mortals. This Supreme Power (Ikekaike) is neither a living-dead (ancestor) nor a spirit. It has no known physical form, yet indirectly impacts the affairs of the human world. Chineke manifests to our world as:
Anyanwu (the Sun)—Chineke is the mastermind behind the source of light, love and knowledge and, implicitly, earthly existence or life itself;
Chi (the godly guardian), the personal providence is a divine agents assigned to each human from cradle to the coffin;
Kpakpando (the stars) which manifest as the celestial beauty;
Enuigwe (the heavens), the home of all supernatural forces including the stars. Chineke created everything visible and invisible. The concept of Chineke is incomprehensible; to know God is the end of knowledge, which is probably why the Igbo do not debate those who say their ancestors dropped from the sky – who knows! The evil forces that intrude into our lives and the physical forces of the universe are all put in place by the Supreme Force, the Godhead or Creator, for definite reasons and to coexist in harmony and multiply and or evolve.
ALUSI Alusi is a supernatural force. Although the forces are neither human beings (mmadu) nor spirits (mmuo), they sometimes assume the attributes of human beings. Prof. Onwuejeogwu called them “being forces.” Every Igbo town has a shrine dedicated to its communal alusi; every other community respects the deity. A priestly clan usually ministers to the revered communal deity on behalf of the community.
MMUO Mmuo is the spirit of ancestors who lived, died, and moved on to the great unknown, the other side of the realm. Hence, mmadu (human beings) must die to become mmuo (spirit being). If a man was good while alive, upon his departure he could become an ichie or nna-mmuo —a hallowed ancestor spirit or a saint. Ancestor spirits are more commonly known by the collective term “Ndiichie.” A respected, living elder can therefore be called ichie —a living saint. Ndiichie is also used for a group of accomplished and distinguished elders who uphold the morals of the society, dispense unquestionable justic, and preserve the culture of the community.
A woman who has lived a distinguished life becomes nne-mmuo. Those who have lived horrible lives, and those who committed unpardonable sins (ajo njo) or alu (abomination) against Ani – the Earth Deity, become ajo mmuo (evil spirits) or Ekwensu (Devil or Satan). The male ajo mmuo could be akaliogoli (a roguish spirit); the female counterpart could become either a mermaid (owummiri) or a bloodsucking amaosu (vampire) or some other gender-specific evil spirit. Some mmuo are so restless they come back to be born-again (ogbanje), not to make amends but to torment a mother, her family, and the community. [This must not be confused with the desired and celebrated “inouwa” or reincarnation.]
UWA Uwa is our world, or the so-called “Mother Nature.” [Compare with Hausa: uwa = mother]. This is the world we live in, the visible universe that directly impacts our life. Uwa is made up of two distinct parts: Igwe and Ala.
Igwe is the firmament, and it constitutes of the following: Ulukpu (the clouds); Onwa (the moon); Alaigwe (the planets); Ikuku (the winds. Let be sincere! Yourself contradicts your-post/article.. |

Expect disintegration in apc soon, as the south west,middle bet and south south apc together with the south east (igbos) who have no choice when it comes to politics than to support/follow there brothers in the south south who they have forcefully adopted even if they (south south) have no interest in there(igbo) brotherhood request..Example; Biafra republic proposal, before and even now...
The above regions will team up together to jettison power back to the south, propably south west, cos for igbo to be president is like a night mear.
But cnt really tell if this team up would be against 2019 or 2023 presidential election, but i think it would be that of 2023 presidential election... You need panadol extra... |
