Research on the company (goals, vision, values etc) let your career plan in 5yrs, strengths and skills (mostly soft since u r a fresh grad) be In line with this.

Pray for favour and believe it's yours.

yh definitely there'll be 2 bedroom of 700k.. if it's on the island it's in ajah, if it's yaba it's either not ensuite or in a funny location,
I hv bn in lagos for 2wks house hunting lol, I have seen a lot of houses, these prices I listed out are like what we'll hv in mind, it could b cheaper, I'll still consider distance, security, accessibility, comfort (availability of basic amenities. . Water etc).

2 bedroom - 1 million
3 bedroom - 1.5 million
4 bedroom - 2 million
self contain flats here are 400-500k and are mostly boys quarters without kitchens.

Hmmmm.... Salary things. Every employee wants to know his/her take home at the end of the month... Let me try do justice to this... So you guys can have a fair idea of your monthly take home.

I am sure on your offer letter you all have 3 items... Basic salary, housing allowance(or rent), and transport allowance. Sum them up to and call the sum your annual gross.

If the gross is not up to 300k. Just reduce d gross by 1%, divide by 12 and that's your monthly take home. I'm sure nobody falls into this category cos pay you well in PwC.... Lolz.

When it is more than 300k how many percent should we reduce it by??

I did at 8am and we no reach 16... Also many that didn't get the email to add to it
