Hello everyone. Am fair/chocolate in complexion, but i would like to have a bright yellow skin colour. I have been using Swiss Collagen Body Cream 35% mixed with fashion fair cream. It has brought some degree of success, but i would like advise or recommendations from others who have achieved a fair yellow complexion using skin lightening products. I would also like to know the best sun screen products to buy and where i can easily find them in Lagos. I have attached my current pix and my dream skin colour pix. Thanks.

UPDATE 3: The Federal Ministry of Aviation has just issued a statement saying the Taraba State Governor, Danbaba Suntai, and the other five passengers aboard the crashed plane are alive. The statement titled “Incident Involving Aircraft, Cessna 208, 5N-BMJ in Yola, Adamawa State, reads: “An aircraft, Cessna 208 with 6 souls on board including crew, operated by the Taraba State Government departed Jalingo, Taraba State for Yola this evening and reported contact with the Yola Control Tower (1720Z) and field in sight at 38 miles estimating landing at 1730Z. The pilot subsequently lost contact with Yola Control Tower and subsequent effort to raise the aircraft failed.” “Search & Rescue was immediately activated and site of incident located with all victims alive with various degrees of injuries. He had tweeted, “May the soul of the late departed Governor, Danbaba Suntai, of Taraba State rest in peace and may God grant the state peace this trying time,” he said. But when we checked his twitter handle at 9.25 p.m., the tweet was no longer there. ———————————————————————————————————————————————————- UPDATE 1: More reports reaching us from Taraba State indicate that the state government has issued a press release confirming the presence of the governor on the plane that crashed in Yola, Adamawa State, but saying the governor was not dead. The governor was flying the private jet that had four other passengers. All were injured, but none of them died, the statement reportedly said. The governor is believed to be the most badly hurt but is not dead and is currently receiving treatment at the General Hospital in Yola, a source that has seen the statement told us via telephone. A rescue operative at the scene also said that none of the occupants of the plane died. The Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria has also promised to issue a statement soon. We will provide more details as events unfold. A presidency spokesperson, Reno Omokri, had earlier tweeted, confirming the governor died in the crash. http://premiumtimesng.com/news/104879-breaking-news-plane-crash-in-yola.html |
I am about applying to university of Oslo and Bergen for a masters programme. The application for fresh international masters programme opened October 1, 2012. Please is there any Nigerian already doing his masters study in Norway who could give us details and more info. As i don't understand the sending of my WAEC transcripts to the university in Oslo. Do i have to go to WAEC headquarters or my Secondary school. Pls useful info would be highly appreciated. |
Hello guys, pls i need info from Nigerians who are currently studying their masters programme in Norway. Am a 2009 graduate of Physics with Second Class Upper (3.7). I finished from FUTA. Am having interest in doing my M.Sc programme in Norway. I intend going for an M.Sc in Medical Physics or Geophysics, i discovered there are very scare qualified medical physicists/Radiologists in Nigerian hospitals. Geophysics is my second choice. When does their admission application starts? how is their school calender as i don't really under the Autumn/Winter period there. what cities/towns are the best place to study & live? Please what are the major challenges one would encounter along the way from applying to getting your permit and traveling? If am granted an admission and the student residence permit, What about the Language barrier, is it advisable i learn the Norwegian language before traveling. On securing an admission, About the immigration requirements, what account would i send the NOK89600 to, my family are saying is it safe to send such huge money abroad before getting there, would the school/bank not deny receiving such money after i may have sent it. does the student permit covers for my 2 years of masters study in Norway or I would have to renew it the second year. Also, in terms of students part time jobs, can i easily get one to support myself while studying. finally, i heard the Norwegians may be unfriendly, or racially abusive. Am pointing to the terrorism bombings that happened recently there? So many questions, please pardon me as i need this info in order to convince my sponsors. Have already been to the relevant Norwegian study websites, i just need real life responses from Nigerians already living and studying there. Thanks and awaiting your reply |
for me, the I give it to the Rat guys. They don show me pepper before. Especially the one that makes a sharp sound like thunderbolt (Yoruba calls them Asen). They chop all the fish inside my pot of soup one day. They have this offensive smell too. Cockroach follows closely, one gave me the bite of my life when i was still in School, took me 2 weeks before the terrible mark left my skin. Mosquitoes are weak, one mosquito coil incense would send all of them packing from my room within 30 minutes. |

thanks everyone for your honest response. Actually, its not like i want to sex her at all cost, all i really need is the communication. the reason she says no sex initially was that she was a virgin, then later it was that its against her village culture and tradition for a lady to get pregnant before marriage, that her parents would disown her if such happens. But that should not be the reason that we can't still be intimate or be close to each other. I get scared of her atimes, due to my job, i work till late in the night at home, most times i sleep off on the floor or the table, she never for once woke up to pull me or urge me to the bed, this is someone that wake up to do lots of urinating at nite. I get scared maybe she may abandon in future when i may need her most, another mind would tell me to allow her more time as she is only 19. I don't know if She is scared/shy of talking to me, its either she send me an SMS or cry when she is about to ask me for something. Talking to her is difficult as we don't see each other always, and we does not appreciate nite calls. Could it be that i should give her more time or call it a day? Thanks everyone AtiI find it str |
Hello everyone, pls i need your candid advice on a delicate situation i find myself. there is this girl i have been dating for about a year now, am 26 and she is 19 years old. She is Igbo while am Yoruba. i sincerely love her, and have always tried to be there for her at all times. but she has this kind of character that baffles me alot. She hardly talks, very silent. we met online and she school in the east while i work in Lagos. The first time she came, she was this cold to me, did not talk much at all, most times i talked, she doesn't respond or we meet a breakdown. i felt since it was the first time, maybe i should give her more time for us to know each other properly. Last week, she came visiting again, this time it was terrible, she stayed about 5 days, i could count the number of times she talked to me, she rarely smiled, whenever i tried to create a discussion or make her talk, she finds a way of calling me bluff, leading to a breakdown. I challenged her to this and she said this was her character as she only talk when necessary. All she did through out her stay with me was watching TV, eating and sleeping. Whenever i tried touching her, she would shout to the heavens that i should leave her alone. she told me no sex until marriage. Because of my frustrations, we had a quarrel before she left, which made me to text her yesterday that am no longer interested in the relationship, but she later replied that she was sorry that i should forgive her. My confusion now is that should i forgive her and continue to manage her coldness towards me or look for someone else. I initially promised to marry her, but with the situation i find myself, i am seriously considering my future. She also did not even allow me to hold her hands let alone touch her Please honest reply would be appreciated. |
