After allegedly paying off most Nigerian media houses to whitewash the narrative.

If they truly believe their own hype, let them try Burkina Faso.

That country is battle ready, and this is not the kind of fight Nigeria should be bluffing about. The only global power that could realistically back Nigeria in such a confrontation is the United States, and even that support is far from guaranteed. Yet this government is busy playing tough, ignoring geopolitical realities.

Tinubu’s biggest strategic blunder was dragging Nigeria into Francophone West African politics, starting with the Benin Republic intervention. That move opened a dangerous door Nigeria was never prepared to walk through.

The Benin Republic situation was never just a coup.
It was a signal, regional, ideological, and geopolitical.

Unfortunately, this government seems more interested in propaganda than in understanding the forces at play.

And propaganda does not win wars.

Sometimes, you guys should use your Brains to think. Everything isn't about Loyalty to tribe, Religion or Political Party. Tinubu's miscalculations could drag our already stretched Armed forces into a regional war.

Tinubu’s decision to involve Nigeria in the Benin Republic conflict was a serious miscalculation.

Many African countries have been waiting for even the slightest opportunity to challenge or demystify Nigeria’s position as the so-called “Giant of Africa.” At a time when our internal security architecture is already overstretched, sending troops across the border was unnecessary and ill-timed.

What Tinubu should have focused on was strengthening our military from within, especially by decisively dismantling the Islamic terrorist networks that have for years made our armed forces appear weakened and overwhelmed. That internal threat alone has done more damage to Nigeria’s military credibility than any external force.

People will be shocked to know the kind of sophisticated weapons some smaller African nations have acquired. Many of them are quietly backed by major global powers and are more prepared for confrontation than we assume. In a direct face-off, several of these countries can match Nigeria pound for pound, something our leadership seems to ignore.

This entire episode should serve as an eye-opener.

Instead of dragging Nigeria into avoidable regional conflicts, our leaders should be rebuilding and modernizing our military defenses, not creating opportunities for political actors to siphon funds or strategize on election rigging.

Truth is, we have never had it this bad in Nigeria.

You don’t want a shift in ports so that the “go back to your place” agenda being clamoured for by MC Oluomo and his family members can be actualized.

Any reasonable government should relocate national assets and their headquarters across the 36 states so that everyone feels a true sense of inclusion. Military formations and all security agencies should also be equitably represented across the country. As long as these things are not implemented, people will continue to feel marginalized, they will agitate, and those agitations will be hijacked by criminals.

Sometimes, we Southerners are quick to blame the North, while the main evil is actually within us in the South.

One thing you can’t take away from the North is their unity. But for us in the South, when it was time for power to rotate to another region within the South, that is when a region suddenly coined “Awalokan.”

When they finally get what they bargained for, they now run back to their southern brothers and sisters for support.

It's very evident the North is now playing the same script they played against Jonathan on Tinubu but due to Tinubu's greed for power, he isn't getting any iota of pity from the South because he was part of those that messed up Jonathan's Government.

So far, Israel is the only country ruthlessly dealing with Islamic terrorists.
Very soon, other countries may begin to adopt similar methods.

The United States appears to be moving in the same direction, beginning with purging its system of perceived extremists who may have exploited its immigration policies to gain permanent residency.

Everyone knows Kanu was unjustly sentenced to life imprisonment when people like MC Oluomo is still roaming free.

For the courts to be fair in handing Kanu a life sentence, Reno, MC Oluomo, FFK, Abike Dabiri, Ahmed Bashir, Bayo, and others should face the same consequences.

One of the most important steps the government should take is to link every citizen’s DNA and Fingerprints to their existing identification systems like BVN or NIN. That alone would solve a significant portion of our security challenges.

Terrorists and criminals always leave traces, DNA, fingerprints, and other forensic evidence at crime scenes, and with a proper national DNA database, identifying them becomes far easier.

Nigeria needs to start taking forensic science and proper investigation seriously.
