The Nigerian civil/public service reeks of corruption. The process, the structure, the system, are founded on corruption. We need more mentally and emotionally intelligent people like this Prof to revolutionize the entire system such that the opportunity to corruptly enrich oneself is eliminated.

You cannot think your way into a change when in reality your behavior is rooted in your nervous system in the form of Neuro-Associative Conditioning. That is why, even with the attainment of professorship, people who possess excessive Neuro-Associative Conditioning lack social/emotional intelligence and objective reasoning. Thus the quality of your mental intelligence, social/emotional intelligence, physical intelligence, and spiritual intelligence all depend on what you have been conditioned to over the years.
To improve the quality of these Herders' reasoning in line with modern day reality, the Federal Government needs to embark on national orientation programs that have the capacity to identify their context, progressively break and interrupt what they Focus on so as to change their pattern of thinking and ultimately their behavior.
You begin to solve a problem by changing the context of the problem (philosophy, beliefs, thoughts, values, principles, fears, emotion, attitudes, doubts, choices, rules, etc) and not the content. This is the only panacea to this Fulani Herdsmen menace.
