Having said that,some females can be extremely difficult to attend to.I witnessed an incident last week,where an elderly woman insulted an FRSC official just because she was told to wait a while due to network isssues.She said,YOU ARE STUPID,YOU WILL NEVER GROW OLD' to an FRSC official.I witnessed everything and the FRSC man didn't say/do anything to warrant that at all.
