The Trump persona is such that everybody who has heard of him has made up their minds already about what he is to them, whether he's an angel or demon. I've not seen anywhere Trump used 'kung flu' to describe the COVID-19 'plandemic' but it has been verified that the outbreak's point of origin was from Wuhan in China. It's not uncommon to refer to diseases by their geographical origins. 'Ebola' came from the Ebola River in Congo, where the disease was first reported. 'Lyme's disease' was coined from the Lyme area of Connecticut, where people were first diagnosed with the symptoms. Same with the 'Zika virus's from the Zika River in Uganda, Lassa fever also from the village Lassa in Borno State here in Nigeria.

Infectious diseases throughout history have been named for geographic locations where they were thought to have originated: Spanish flu, West Nile virus, Middle East Respiratory Syndrome, Zika and Ebola, to name a few.

By that logic, there’s nothing inherently wrong with referring to the novel coronavirus as the “Wuhan virus” or the “Chinese virus,” language which President Donald Trump has used and defended using. Wuhan is, after all, considered the first epicenter of the coronavirus outbreak that has since become a global pandemic.

He's of Chinese descent and has been Trump's chief political strategist and campaign advisor since 2016.
