assessment center
manager interview and partner interview

Though i did not check my personality result but received d sms.
am sure everybody shortlisted for personality test will be sent the link.
If not all, only few will be dropped.
Dont panick.
Go on with ur Gmat preparation.
When they are ready for us, they will send us the link.

For those yet to be called, be calm.
Another thing i observed is that some were interviewed by 1 panel while some 3 panel.
Why?

There are many names on the list that will be called.
I spied the list when the man was busy with my documents.
Please, take along a passport photograph.

I observed also that they want to know whether you have relative working with them.
From my own deduction, its like consideration will be given to those candidates while few others will be considered based on your course of study and performance during interview.
However, relatives of HBC can be considered for Headquarters placement while others for branch attachment.
Just my own observation.
