Iran posts image of USAF fighter jet seat recovered from the crash debris.

The pilot most likely bailed out and the Black Hawk team were sent to extract the downed pilot.

A UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter crashed while attempting to fly near the Iranian border.

The Black Hawk helicopter was one of several aircrafts jointly carrying out a search & rescue for the downed aircraft possibly searching for the pilot.

As at when the court was approached, David was already recognised by INEC and working as chairman. That was status quo.

Liborous Oshama has said this, Femi Falana has said this.

INEC has no powers to disqualify or meddle into the activities of any political party.

The plaintiff went to court citing the ADC constitution and also highlighting the mago-mago Nwosu and David Mark did behind his back to hijack the party.

It is now up to the court and not INEC to determine who the true authentic National leader of the ADC is.

The Supreme court has since stated that INEC can not meddle into the affairs of any political party neither can they disqualify or recognize any one on their own accord.

Political Parties must however meet some requirements set by the electoral act which are not in any way enforced on parties by INEC.

This is an internal party power tussle which INEC isn't supposed to interfere with.

Also, the plaintiff dragged INEC alongside the illegal David Mark interim faction so as to get INEC to comply with the final court ruling.

The court has now ordered all parties in the case which include INEC to return to the status quo prior to David Mark's hijacking of the party.

The status quo the court is referring to is pre David Mark hijacking the party.

So the deputy Chairman automatically will assume the position of acting Chairman since he is arguing he never resigned.

That Nwosu of a character will face the full brunt of the law for forging a notice to INEC he signed and sent as the National Chairman 2 months after he resigned notifying INEC that the deputy had resigned.

They produce a very high heat signature.

The Chinese have gifted the Iranians heat seeking sensors that detect and guide heat seeking hypersonic missiles on their targets.

Speaking of radar deflecting stealth aircrafts, this is a one off weapon as any advanced nation can simply go back and dis scramble the radar signatures after a stealth bombing raid and recallibrate their radars going forward to detect same stealth jets.

This is why there is so much secrecy around the US strategic stealth bombers like the B-2 and their take off bases and time is heavily kept secret because once the Russians or Chinese know about them being in the air, they can use their space based radar system to scan the projected route for abnormal distortions in the radar band.

I recall that this same Ralph Nwosu sold his slot as APGA governorship candidate to Peter Obi in 2003. Now he has sold away his chairmanship of ADC to David Mark. He has always seen politics as a means of making money through buying and selling.

That's the stabilizer fin and all USAF aircrafts have their own custom paint job.

Some are saying its an F-15 tho.

From the last pic above, we can see the decales on the fuselage with an inscription ''Europe'' clearly visible.

This is the insignia of a USAF squad team based in Germany.

The USAFE is based in Germany and is part of a dedicated NATO fleet.

As per wikipedia:

United States Air Forces in Europe (USAFE) operates a formidable mix of fighter, tanker, and bomber jets to support NATO, primarily featuring F-35A Lightning II, F-15E Strike Eagle, and F-16 Fighting Falcon aircraft. Key bases at RAF Lakenheath (UK), Ramstein (Germany), and Spangdahlem (Germany) host these jets, with frequent rotations of B-52H Stratofortress and B-1B Lancer bombers.

These are supposed to be stealth by the way and invincible to ground radar.

Iranians have posted pics of parts of a downed USAF F35 fighter jet they shot down yesterday.

The F35 is stealth and supposed to be invincible to radar detection but Iran has been relying on advanced Infra red detection to identify and take out these wunderwaffen.

This is the third F35 taken out by Iran.

The aircraft fragments were recovered from an Iranian Island on the Persian gulf just SE of the mainland.

The pilot did not survive.
