The candidate no 27 on PTDF list for successful candidate by name Edoga Rita Ngozi, from Enugu is not a chemical engineering but presented herself as a master degree holder in chemical engineering, (fake certificate in M.Eng in chemical engineering). It is discovered that, a Lecturer with the department of soil science in School of Agriculture in FUT Minna, Niger state, presented a master degree certificate in Chemical Engineering during the PTDF PhD interview.   She is already a PhD holder in soil science. ln fact she is currently a lecturer with the department of soil science in School of Agriculture in FUT Minna, Niger state. l believe this is the highest order of corruption in our country. How can a lecturer cheat to this high degree; then what are we expecting from her products (students). l think this is a great abuse of the PTDF scheme and the entire Management of Federal university of technology, Minna. She had her M.Eng and PhD in soil science from ABU Zaria where she lectured before moving to FUT Minna. What are our universities turning to?
