But Honestly that has annoyed me too how it's like it's a taboo. You are expected to negotiate salary but you won't find any concrete info on the Salary so you end up under negotiating.
Like how Google/AI suggests like max of 1M and a company can be offering 2M and you give salary expectation of 1M😅😅

Or if AI hypes it and you say 1M while that company pays 500M.

Though most times negotiating doesn't retract the offer unless you reject it so it's not much of an issue but can lead to some underpaying you.

2 big factors. The pace of the passing from Maguire and Yoro is ridiculous. Maguire will pass the ball towards Dalot, i will go to the kitchen and pour myself a cup of coffee, get back to the sitting room, and the ball is just getting to Dalot.

We could not press 10 men. They were playing out from the back through us like we had 2 men sent off, meanwhile we could not play out from the back and we were forced to play long for most of the match. Make it make cogent sense.

Meanwhile if Mainoo continues with this his give me-i give you short passing without trying to cross into the box or pass through the lines, he won't go far. Bruno and Casemiro that do it do not have 2 heads. That is actually the greatest obstacle to him having a successful career, not stamina or lack of pace.

Ugarte is Ugarte but both Casemiro and Mainoo were beyond terrible today
No one is even talking about the real issues- we can’t progress the ball from the back without Lisandro and have no width on the left

Haha, fair point 😅. You are probably right — for Graduate Trainee recruitment, NLNG usually does the entire assessment centre in one day. My earlier comment was more of a general note for other types of assessment centres where some companies split stages.
You are right though, spreading it over multiple days for 50 to 100 candidates would be logistically expensive and unnecessary. Thanks for clarifying! 👍

Can’t say much, other than the fact that if you’re a lawyer and you perform well in the recruitment process, even if there isn’t an opening in the legal roles, you will be placed in another department where you can function. Can’t confirm the number of candidates to be recruited for any discipline, but it’s based on business’ needs.

Just don’t think about the number of candidates to be recruited, just ensure you do your best and see your team mates and other candidates as your colleagues rather than opponents, it’ll help you focus during the AC.
