spillo1:
Forest were just terrible leaving their midfield open with only Anderson. With Sesko we score at least 6.

as in benjamin sesko?

Expert17:
Bruno starts at any team in the world right now...

World cup assist record is next

it is not a "right now" thing
how many teams have had a better midfielder in the last 3 years?

cant believe i can still be worried about our attack being shit after spending 200m

I read this dorgu is going to be one of our forwards next season
probably not a wise decision to rely on him and not buy a LW

Jamiuokolaa:
I nor too dey watch Forest and it might be wrong to judge from just one game but abeg, na the Anderson wey we wan buy be this?

he has been good tho what are you looking for

Carrick permanent role!

Formatic442:
200k+….

SEC cannot be this low

Formatic442:
Is this experience hire? Or are fresh grads? Cause they just finished posting their Graduate trainees to respective departments.

any idea what their package is like for Graduate Trainees?

afrodoc2:
Nagelsmann did not fail at Bayern. He won the league the only season he completed, was sacked during the 2nd season when he was 1 point from the top and left with a 71.4% winning rate which is one of the best in Bundesliga history. It was not a spectacular success but i would not call that failure.

Luis Enrique is the obvious outstanding candidate but i would not mind Nagelsmann as an alternative before talking about all these guys whose experience is coaching well for 1-2 seasons in 10k-20k seater stadiums.

when i see Luis Enrique in permanent manager conversations, the first thing i think of is why he would leave PSG to join United

3 clear chances for 20th Bruno assist wasted

Zirkzee should play more

I am still not convinced by this sesko
That first Bruno pass should have been a goal

Leyqute:
How did Amad miss that?!

He has to be the disappointment of the season

Fadeshewa301:
When did you do it, I asked about it and right now it is 100k

32 pages, 5 years is now 100k

cally10:
How true is this statement?
Because if it's true... it will give majority of us equal fighting chance
And how true is that they have quota like federal character in their recruitment of GTs to balance it across all Nigerian geopolitical zone?

You didn’t know this before?
Happy new year

Jobbernath:
Hello fam, any idea if NLNG has an age limit for it's GT exercise if yes, what is the limit?

There was no age limit on the advertisement
The limit was you must not have done NYSC before 2021

richmondefosa:
lol
Omo i have been so busy i even forgot about this thread. apologies my people.

Yes. As at the time you made this post, Entry level grade for Stanbic is ABO nd starting salary is around 607k

However, things have changed now.

At this rate you people will soon start making entry level staff millionaires with first salary

afrodoc:
Sesko is still inconsistent. Hot and cold striker.

He pisses me off so bad with his lack of lethalness

16 PL assists
5 more to break the record

Leyqute:
Maguire is just terrible. You don’t need to give assist from midfield. Just pass to the free man next to you.

Too many times he’s tried to force the ball, slowing things down unnecessarily. And eventually he ends up passing to the free man he ignored ages ago.

Once Lisandro is out we can do nothing from the back
Man just keeps rubbing his feet on the ball for a long time doing nothing

Our play is funny
If Sesko was on the pitch he could have a hattrick by now
If he comes on now we stop crossing

larride:
Na last year we play game last.

No be life be this.

Yet whenever we do play, they play like they are playing 5 matches per week with a lot of fatigue

Amm14:
Hi bro. Please do you have an idea of how much big 4 pays GT? Especially KPMG?

KPMG pays around 580k/600k last i heard
PwC pays the highest of the big 4 at about 700k
Entry level

airsaylongcome:
I’m sure they’d be benchmarking against their peers. Understand though that I can’t really say much around this because when I was offered, had never earned that kind of money in my life. I didn’t even consider saying no. My entire focus was how to respond with a “sweet sounding” yes I accept quickly and whether I can start the morning after receiving the offer.

🤣🤣
No one would blame you for that reaction
Overall, the lesson is not to focus on the pay, but on how to get in

airsaylongcome:
No o! Your offer is in Naira. I can’t recall exactly now if they were Senior Associates, but a handful of big 4 folks left the big 4 for GT. Banking too lost a very good number

Yes the offer is stated in naira
But the oil and gas industry pay is benchmarked against the dollar since revenue is in dollars?

airsaylongcome:
Way better than what most people earn now. I remember GT colleagues saying their managers told them “Abeg if anything open up there, let me know o”. People with years of experience were dropping all of it to go and be a GT at NLNG. The USD equivalent at the time was insane! I will not mention it because I know it’s lower now because of Naira weakening. But it’s still loud

NNPC is not as loud and yet big 4 senior associates and assistant managers accepted its GT offers last year lol

On your last sentence, I thought the pay was in dollars and the naira equivalent keeps increasing as the naira weakens

airsaylongcome:
I will not confirm or deny this lol!

That is fair boss
I think what we can all agree on is the pay is miles better than what 90% of aspirants currently earn
So whatever it is, you can be sure it will be mouth watering; IF you get it
For comparison, Seplat pays 3.2m monthly to GT, and I expect NLNG to pay better than that

airsaylongcome:
Smh! SMH! SMH!!!

Guys, that link is page two of the offer letter. Some 2022 GT decided to leak theirs. That’s what you get from day 1.

I think I saw that offer letter before 2022 o

Mark05:
Someone I know said he was told by someone working there that it's like 1.5 Million per month. Around last year and bonuses. Someone else reported it was around 2 Million per month now.

However I don't know the total
Hope this is helpful

But Honestly that has annoyed me too how it's like it's a taboo. You are expected to negotiate salary but you won't find any concrete info on the Salary so you end up under negotiating.
Like how Google/AI suggests like max of 1M and a company can be offering 2M and you give salary expectation of 1M😅😅

Or if AI hypes it and you say 1M while that company pays 500M.

Though most times negotiating doesn't retract the offer unless you reject it so it's not much of an issue but can lead to some underpaying you.
Searching Salary is pain online

There’s no way NLNG pays 1.5 or 2m per month
Aradel that got serious less than 5 years ago pays 1.5m to graduate trainees

afrodoc2:
2 big factors. The pace of the passing from Maguire and Yoro is ridiculous. Maguire will pass the ball towards Dalot, i will go to the kitchen and pour myself a cup of coffee, get back to the sitting room, and the ball is just getting to Dalot.

We could not press 10 men. They were playing out from the back through us like we had 2 men sent off, meanwhile we could not play out from the back and we were forced to play long for most of the match. Make it make cogent sense.

The part on Maguire’s passing is hilarious 😂
It is a big problem
Crazy that in 2026 we still don’t have someone who can take the ball on the half turn, evade markers and make forward passes
Mainoo’s own is to be passing horizontally
I loved what I saw from Tonali today
I definitely prefer him to Baleba or Anderson

CapitalCee:
We dont even have any widht at all left or right.

We have natural wingers on the right-Amad and Mbeumo
Just quite unfortunate that both are out of form at the same time
Mbeumo still gets a goal or assist here and there but Amad is just largely ineffective

afrodoc2:
If you leave Casemiro on the pitch when he is tired and he picks up a muscle injury for 2 months you can kiss top 4 good bye.

It was a terrible performance all over the pitch.

Meanwhile if Mainoo continues with this his give me-i give you short passing without trying to cross into the box or pass through the lines, he won't go far. Bruno and Casemiro that do it do not have 2 heads. That is actually the greatest obstacle to him having a successful career, not stamina or lack of pace.

I’m quite surprised by the reactions to be honest
Ugarte is Ugarte but both Casemiro and Mainoo were beyond terrible today
No one is even talking about the real issues- we can’t progress the ball from the back without Lisandro and have no width on the left
The drop off in performance is primarily down to those two factors
