dreamxhaser: I swear if we can win a draw all or matches with those small teams we can win a league. UCL will def exhaust the big teams at one point which will be a very good opportunity for us.
But i don’t think we can do that If we get a good midfielder this January and the important people stay fit, we can dream |

jackfj: You always act like you know too much. What that nigga wrote up there is not hard to decipher at all. He even put the NLNG first for sake of clarity, so chill please. He is right tho Absolutely nothing about NLNG is government agency asides the fact that NNPC owns 49% Operations, management and structure is like an IOC The MD is usually from the other IOC partners or an outsider like Leye Falade taking over soon and not appointed by the President like it is for government agencies More or less a private company |

afrodoc2: It is not only because of 3-4-3. Amorim was just not a very good coach. ETH did not play 3-4-3 and we had gaps all over the place.
Carrick looks like an incredible organizer. I have not seen any defensive gaps in these 2 games. We appointed a bad manager in Amorim to replace a bad manager in ETH. No formation change could have saved either of them. Stating it as it is>>> ETH shit Amorim stinkier shit |

Dalot kept everybody quiet on his side. Shaw did his best against Saka. Martinez and Maguire were imperious. Ballon Dorgu jam defence and jam attack and he scored a very good goal. No be lie |

afrodoc2: Possession: 58% to 42%
Shots: 7 to 6
Shots on target: 1 to 1.
They are the better team, and their organisation is next level. What we have to do is take care of the ball when we get it and exploit turnover better. They will increase the pressure in the 2nd half and it will burst pipe if we play the same way.
Maybe Cunha for Dorgu. Will cunha defend? I think the answer is NO |

Godhasdonewell: @Ellaposh he did mentioned in one of the threads that he resigned and pursued his dream role as he didn't wanna get stuck with his procurement/admin role in NLNG as that wasn't really his dream career. I think he's with a telecoms company now or so. This is by the way While I understand the quest to fulfill passion, but so much can be done from a procurement/admin role. Supply chain is related and is a very rewarding and fulfilling career |

I don't think we should sell Ugarte just yet. We can keep him for another year as 4th choice CM for squad depth.

Corporatehitman: When you get to the next question, you regret not moving on from the previous question as fast as possible because the next 2 or 3 are way easier lol.
It's because one spent more seconds on the previous difficult questions that they'll be rushing the easier ones.
I think SHL doesn't condone greed. If you want to take time to get all 18 correctly, you may rush 8 out of 18 answers.
Just zero your mind that you don't need to be perfect, and move on. You'll be able to attempt more questions correctly without rushing the ones that are easier to get correctly. I agree |

Corporatehitman: Not sure how it went but it was one of the fastest 20 minutes of my life.
I slapped myself after the test. The test in itself is not the most difficult thing anyone would ever do But the fact that you have only 20 minutes for 18 questions of that nature means everyone must slap themselves after🤣 |

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by maik99(m): 10:07pm On Jan 08 |
Corporatehitman: I have reasoned through many possibilities and the failure of the first batch does not seem to be the most likely reason for calling a second batch.
I may be delusional, but I think their ATS eliminated some qualified candidates and they felt it would be unjust to let them go without giving them a chance, especially since some potential exceptional hires may be among them.
I also think there is no cutoff mark yet. However, the probability of making it to the next stage may now be lower for the first batch of test tajers. Not because their performance was inadequate, but because it would now be more difficult to reach the 80th percentile or higher, as the case may be. Well, as long as the test is the same for both batches, i think that's fair enough |
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by maik99(m): 7:46pm On Jan 08 |
Corporatehitman: No, we wouldn't have been contacted if we didn't have equal chance.
In fact, the fact that we've been contacted after an initial decision makes us as eligible as anyone who wrote the test the first time and proves the fairness of the process. I think for there to be a 2nd batch of assessment, there was definitely a review by hiring team or management (don't know the structure) and nobody would waste hiring budget on potentials they're not willing to bet on.
My question was just a search for reassurance and to lure you into giving me a response as you ignored my earlier quote (I succeeded ).
Btw, I think that the barrier to entry would be higher if the reason for a second batch was not the performance of the first batch. I wonder what the point of a second assessment is, other than a high failure rate in the first batch? My delusional side is taking it as meaning an increase in the number of hires needed |

afrodoc2: It is always difficult for fans to truly assess a player until he joins their team. Cunha is looking like a complete favela player with no football education. The confidence of Neymar with the skill of Neymar's brother. He's been horrendous for me, since his first game Would be less worse if he realised his limitations and didn't think he was Neymae, like you said |

Binsalmad: If you join the army as scc than you be 2lt one star lieutenant , the pay is around 315k including other allowance and they give you about 10million and each child gets a certain amount for school fees, after some years you get another allowance to get your own house you also get duty tour allowance when you go out of station among others, but you MIGHT not get to the top of the chain. And like someone said, you have to like the job first. You get a commission allowance once you become a commissioned officer but I doubt it’s more than 2 million |
